I'm 57 and dealing with the side effects of menopause. I've lost 50% of my hair and what little weight I have, has moved from my arms and legs into my belly. I look like I have rickets. Don't get me started on the horrific insomnia. Anyway, I really need to get my blood sugar down (bad genetics) and am thinking despite my quality vegan diet where I don't eat much (but eat 3x a day), I need to cut back to eating twice a day. I'm just worried I'll drop weight I can't afford to lose.
