    This has been the BEST PROGRAM I have ever done! Thanks Nicole as the holidays did add in a few unwanted pounds but I was able to get right back into my healthy habits and drop those few extra lbs just within 2 days after Christmas.     I eat real carbs and practice time restrictive eating daily and lost all my post menopausal weight gain. I also reversed my thyroid disease . Thank you for sharing this. The real health enemy is ultra processed foods.

      @@shitalshah2971 great question! Belly Fat loss will come from your nutrition. Research shows that fasting for at least 12 hours will allow your body to start the process of autophagy (cleaning up garbage cells) and so many more benefits with this process :)

    I’ve been taking 1t of psyllium husk twice daily. Is this as good as a veg in relation to the fiber content? I’m 57 and the menopause belly fat makes me miserable:(

      @@Sentimentalist0923 great question! A vegetable in it’s whole form is by far the healthiest and most nutritious form. Once this whole food is broken down into a capsule or powder, etc., it looses nutrients. As much as you can, you want to focus your efforts on eating whole foods in their natural form. Does this make sense? Yes, I hear you on the belly fat! So uncomfortable and this visceral fat is the most dangerous for us as well. But, the great news is that menopause is finally getting the spotlight in research. We now know what is causing us to gain weight, especially around our belly, and we now understand what simple tweaks in our diets that we can make to lose this menopausal belly fat. What is your weight loss/health goal?

      @ thank you for your reply and the info. I don’t eat meat so I often tend to eat too many carbs. I’m working on mindfulness and making sustainable dietary changes:) I need to lose about 15 lbs- all menopause weight and mostly in the belly. Ugh.

      @ most often- white potatoes, a variety of breads, rice, pasta and both corn and flour tortillas. I also eat black beans a couple times each week (with the tortillas) for some protein. I’m not a fan of mushrooms and tofu- I don’t like the tastes nor the textures. I eat fish only about twice a month and eggs about once a week for protein. I have kidney disease, so I dont push myself for an abundance of protein.

      @@Sentimentalist0923 Thanks for sharing that! It sounds like you’re really mindful of your diet, and I can see you’ve already got some good staples in there like black beans and fish. Given your kidney disease and your goal to lose belly fat, have you tried incorporating more plant-based proteins like lentils or quinoa? They’re gentle on the kidneys and can help balance out the carbs while keeping you satisfied. I’d also love to know-how do you feel about your current energy levels and how your meals keep you feeling full? That can help us identify small tweaks to make the biggest difference.

    My made sure we always had hug fiber veggies with every meal before the meal and during the meal .and chew each bite 30 times . She couldn't hardly walk at 30 with just diet change at 34 even at 70 was doing able to stand on head and do summer salts and always walking a mile daily

      True, but this is for any woman in any country that is working on their weight loss journey. Processed foods have been sneaking into other countries for years and other countries are also feeling the impact of overweight too.

    I don’t eat plants (fruits or veg) nor fiber. Also no nuts seeds or grains. Just beef butter bacon and eggs. Maybe a bit of hard cheese too. So I guess this plan wouldn’t be applicable to me.

      @ well, i, like everyone else, ate those things all my life and I was plagued with multiple chronic illnesses throughout my 65 years. Now that I have stopped I put my diabetes in remission and stopped taking 6 different prescriptions. I simply found out we don’t need those foods. This is why I eat the way I do.

      H! Walking daily is a great habit, so it sounds like you’re already doing something really positive for yourself! Sugar cravings and consistency can be tough to navigate-especially during mid-life when our bodies and hormones are changing. Have you noticed if certain times of day make the cravings stronger? Or if there are particular situations when it’s harder to stay consistent? Sometimes our bodies give us little clues that can be helpful to tune into. I’d love to hear more about what’s worked for you in the past with cravings, and if there are any specific goals you’d love to reach. 😊

      @@NicoleDaltonHealthCoaching This is wonderful to hear! I’m a yoga teacher, plus I have my own daily yoga practice as well, and I jump rope for about an hour 3 or 4 times a week. I also do weekly dumbbell training for upper, lower body, back and abs. I would like to do all of these activities into my 70s, but balancing recovery and work intensity requires fine-tuning at my age. I eat a plant-based diet. 😊

    So for years I've been told by my doctor that I just have to deal with my symptoms of menapause... in the meantime, my weight is going up and my energy is way low and no matter what I do I can't seem to loose... also during this time I had a totally right hip replacement and not able to exercises properly... the more the weight has piled on the more things r going wrong with my body, knees, lower back disc hernias..ect now I am over at least 150 pounds.. and no matter how much I diet and eat healthy I just keep loosing the same 10 pounds... please help

      @@michelletownsend6968 so frustrating! Unfortunately I have talked to so many women that have been gaslit by their medical providers. The truth is, you can lose weight and have more energy! I have also worked with many women who are unable to exercise due to injury, illness, surgery, that are still able to lose the weight! I don’t use exercise as a tool for weight loss. Where do you feel you are getting stuck at?

    So I loved your video … I’m at a real loss for my situation. I’m 48 and have PCOS … I’m 70 lbs overweight. I’ve done intermittent fasting (the correct way). I’ve tried keto, carnivore, I usually eat very low carb or no carb. I do carb cycle a bit to try to not let my body get into a rut. I can only lose 20 lbs. then no matter what I do … I can’t lose anymore. I walk daily … I do everything I can. A few weeks ago I added in some supplements to help with insulin resistance (Berberine and chromium) … suddenly I started losing weight … I lost 6 lbs in two and a half weeks …. Then … I suddenly stopped all weight loss (for the past few weeks and have gained 4 lbs). All progress has stopped. I know as a PCOS person that my hormones are a mess …. What could I possibly do? Any suggestions?

      I have PCOS as well. I understand your struggle, I have been there and have done all of it! You CAN get this weight off, even though you are doing so many things right! Where do you think you are getting stuck at?

      I’ve been looking closer at my recent weight loss and my cycle. I noticed that I lost the weight right before I started my period and then in the week that I was menstruating. As soon as I got to day 10 of my cycle … I suddenly put in 4 lbs. and all progress stopped. I’m currently at day 21 … I’m going g to see if I follow the same pattern this time. It’s all I can think of. I’m considering trying dim and calcium d glucerate and maybe progesterone cream … Thanks for answering my comment. If you have input I’m happy to hear from you. 😊

      I’m looking into the correct foods according to my cycle … that’s something I’ve been reading about lately. I never knew that was even a thing. So much to know about hormones. Thanks for your input. 😊
