I had a 11cm fibroid, did not want a full hysterectomy as they said that was my only option, did my research, got onto vitamin D, intermittent fasting, green tea 3x day and two eggs every morning. This continued for two months straight with no sugar or bad food in sight, I changed my cooking oil, no processed food and my fibroid went right down.
Side note, my stomach was almost flat within three weeks but I kept this routine going for two months.
Hysterectomies are sky high for no legitimate reason and many women suffer throughout. They told me as I don’t have my periods they’ll just take both my ovaries out because I no longer need them😡. If god gave them to me, I NEED THEM.

I got fibroids when I was 45. I knew they were coming because my mom and her 6 sisters had them. And my older sisters had them. Everyone got hysterectomies. I was determined that I was keeping everything that I was born with. When I got mine, I asked my doctor to just cut it out of my uterus. He said that it’s easier to remove the whole uterus. I said that I’d resolve mine with fasting. I told my doctor that fibroids feed off of sugar and that fasting and then cutting sugar would kill the fibroid. So I did. Every time I went back to get it check, which was Quarterly , the fibroid was smaller. One day it was gone. I reminded my doctor of how I resolved it and he just looked so irritated. 0:27

Meanwhile, you go back to them and everything they say was an issue disappearing because it was treated with earth's love. I dont tell them anything unless they ask why it left. I've been taking Vitamin ,K more, spending more time out in sun (thank goodness I live in a subtropical area) and blessed to have sun many days in a year. Move if you need. Sunbath. 3 months ago, I was in agony, bleeding for 1 month and a half at a time. I was 96 kilos, I was in severe pain 3 weeks out of 4. My dr said my only solution was a hysterectomy. I couldn’t face a surgery. I saw a video by dr Ken Berry. I started cold turkey on the carnivore diet, taking vitamin d every day and applying castor oil to my belly every day. 3 moths later, 12 kilos lighter, period regulated to 6 days a month, just a couple of pain days per month. I am a believer. I am going to eliminate these monsters completely without surgery. Ladies, take your health in your hands. You can do this.

I started eating fruits, vegetables and drinking more water for 90 days no coffee, tea, sugar, and dairy products. I also started walking every day. My fibroids have shrinkage and cured after the 90 days. I still can’t believe the doctor said I was going to be on medication long term for the pain and to have surgery to remove the fibroid. Even if you are having surgery just remember that you are not alone on this journey!!

The doctor made it sound like surgery was the only option and I needed to do it fast but I read the horror stories of the surgery and how the fibroids came back in many cases. I started taking 2000 IUs daily based off another of your videos recommending vitamin D may be the issue and it didn't even put a dent in my problem. I couldn't even wear pants due to the pain and sensitivity. Finally I started bleeding for months straight! I watched more of your videos and realized 2K IU wasn't enough. I started taking more and landed on 40K daily and the bleeding stopped🎉. I could wear pants again and the bulge in my abdomen has visibly reduced! You are out here saving lives! THANK YOU

    Dr Berg notes
Fibroids decrease in size after menopause, yet pregnancy, exposure to HRT, and birth control pills can cause fibroids to enlarge. Obesity, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and PCOS also increase the risk of fibroids. Black women have a 3 to 9 times higher risk of developing fibroids.
Estrogen is the primary driver of fibroids and endometriosis. A fibroid is a growth in the uterus, but it differs from uterine tissue in several ways. Fibroids are very sensitive to estrogen and have increased estrogen receptors, more of the enzyme aromatase, less oxygen than the uterus, and more inflammation.
Many health problems and risk factors associated with fibroids are related to low vitamin D. Vitamin D has incredible properties that may help inhibit the growth of fibroids.
There is also a vast amount of anecdotal evidence in support of using vitamin D to shrink fibroids.
Be sure to take vitamin D with the cofactors magnesium and vitamin K2.
    Thank you Dr Berg!

I am the only woman my age I know with a normal period still and most women my age I know have had hysterectomies. I do the Nutritarian diet. It took about 6 months to really start noticing the hormone changes, so it doesn't happen right away. I think most people quit before seeing changes. I am truly grateful to feel good every day. I could cry after listening to this. Back in 2019 I ended up having a hysterectomy after the discovery of a fibroid the size of a cantaloupe melon growing in my uterus. It went undetected for years as I was very silm/athletic in build due to all the crossfit, thai boxing, yoga and running that I did. For many years I just thought I had a prolapsed bladder (hence lots of strength exercises) or I was suffering with early peri-menopause. After the operation my former symptoms were gone however they had been exchanged with a set of new problems. If I knew very high doses of vitamin D had been my saviour, then I would have never had those operation.
Since following Dr Eric Berg I take high doses of vitamin D and I'm pleased to say I'm in pretty good health.

I read a book by Jawanza Kunjufu 40 years ago about African-American women getting fibroids. His book said it was due to dairy. I have found that true for me and the women in my family. My period was terrible also; now I know it was from the fibroids. The fibroids disappeared when I stopped eating dairy, but I recently started eating it again on a Carnivore diet. Well, the fibroids came back. I am letting the dairy go because I can actually feel them growing, and now it is affecting me to be able to control my urination when I wake up in the morning. I must run to the restroom. It's time to let the dairy go. I take about 10K IU of vitamin D3 a day because of a muscle disease I had, so I am used to taking vitamin D3 like this. When I get my blood test done at the doctor, they always say wow, your vitamin D is high. Thanks for your video, I follow you all the time. Thanks for such great information. I also take many of your supplements.

10K units is the equivalent of 15 minutes of sun exposure. I might try upping it to 20K with the cofactors, and see if your dairy intolerance goes away.

Diagnosed with fibroids in 2019. Watched my Mom grow a fibroid into what looked like a 7lb pregnant belly. She chose surgery and they ended up doing a complete hysterectomy. She became depressed after surgery. Said she would not have chosen to have hysterectomy knowing what it feels like after. The monthly started getting worse and worse for me. My normally flat stomach began to grow. I knew I had to change things or I would end up like my mom. Gave up dairy. Started taking vitamin d3 and experienced huge changes in a few months. I eat low sugar but still need to work on eliminating that and carbs from diet. Baby steps. But so thankful for this information! I will be upping my dosage of D3.

Another succes story here! 5 years ago I was diagnosed with uterine fibroid. It was 3cm big and they said its nothing and just a “cosmetic” thing. I had a lot of stress mainly from work back then and the fibroid started to grow rapidly - from 3cm to almost 9cm and I was told Id never have kids. First thing I did was reduce stress and got out for long walks outside to catch some sun. Fibroid decreased on size and I got pregnant :). Fast forward when I got pregnant again I took lots of vitamin D mainly for bones and healthy baby development. After my second pregnancy the fibroid was still there with the size of 15mm almost invisible on the ultrasound :). After watching Dr. Bergs videos about vitamin D I upped my dosage to 10 000. Going for an ultrasound in 1-2months Ill do an update.

Normally, if a woman has a fibroid, they may have 1 or 2, maybe up to about 6. These may be able to be surgically removed. Unfortunately, I had too many to count. My stomach was protruding like a 5 month pregnant lady. The fibroid and the removal surgery were too risky, I could bleed out, they would scar the uterus preventing a successful pregnancy and they would likely grow back. I had to have an abdominal hysterectomy and couldn't have kids. In Australia at the time (I don't know if it has changed), you couldn't adopt after 35, I was 37 and surrogacy is illegal unless someone offers and doesn't accept a payment. As Australia has the highest rate of skin cancer in the world, I always stayed out of the sun. I had all that free Vitamin D at my finger tips. I wish I had known this information then. However, thank you Dr Berg for getting this information out and helping people... not be like me.

I was given a full hysterectomy, where everything was taken away, and I haemorrhaged during the operation. I had to be given several litres of blood, and almost died. Miraculously, I suffered no ill effects afterwards, which seemed to cause some amazement in the hospital, but it was a very close call. I had to be tested for AIDS later, as some of the blood had not been checked before use. Lucky again. Pay attention to Dr Berg, ladies!

It was because my vitamin D was low but then I noticed that my stomach wasn’t looking like I was five months pregnant anymore so I changed my diet and started knowing that it was the vitamin D that was assisting with the.fibroids, sometimes I think my doctor just knew, but couldn’t tell me. and when I told him I had changed my eating habits and started taking smoothies he was so excited and told me keep it up and when I would come back and check my fibroid and fibroids shrink and my thyroid levels were balanced. Started eating brown rice and white rice and switched to quinoa. Chicken cutlet, add all the vegetables and stirfry them in chicken broth instead of oil.

Hi Dr Berg when I was diagnosed with fibroids the gynaecologist I was sent to was immediately lining up the surgery date for hysterectomy. I said NO and he got quite angry with me . Dinosaur 🦕 I then went to my naturopath and he recommended I3C (cruciferous veg ) to balance my hormones. I took it for a year and completely forgot about my fibroids. I went back to the GP and got another ultrasound. The fibroids had disappeared!!! I told her what I was taking and she said that they would have shrunk on their own 🤦‍♀️So I asked her WHY would they remove my uterus then !?!?! Absolutely crazy making . Women are being ripped off by ignorant doctors. I continued taking I3C for decades and I sailed through menopause without symptoms or discomfort!! I later learned about high dosage Vitamin D3 so I also took that in small dosages. Since meeting you I have slowly upped my D to about 40,000 and I’ve added in K2, magnesium, zinc and copper . I’ve always taken selenium. 🙏❤️🙏❤️🙏❤️

I live a block away from a golf course and we have a large amount of deer in the neighborhood. Almost all of the deer have large growths on them. I told the Colorado parks and wildlife biologist about it and she completely passed it off. I've never seen anything like it anywhere else. They use so many pesticides and herbacides, not only on the golf course but on all the surrounding home's lawns and landscaping, it's like they're waging chemical warfare over there.

It’s true, and I can testify to this. I have three fibroids that were detected during my pregnancy (due to high estrogen levels). Since then, I’ve been getting annual ultrasounds, and to my surprise, my fibroids have actually decreased in size and haven’t grown at all since I started taking 10,000 IU of D3 combined with K2. This is definitely not a coincidence, as those fibroids had been growing for years, but now they’re shrinking. I can prove this 100% with my test results.

I had a 10 cm fibroid and had to have a myomectomy a while back. Another one ended up growing back and I was extremely disappointed. Doctors didn’t have any explanation. I refused to accept that “it just happens” so I did extensive research and learned all about how and why they show up. I even learned which herbs to take and what type of diet to have to shrink them. It’s still there but I rarely feel it. I only notice it when I start slacking off on my healthy lifestyle.

So she learned to stay whole food vegan.

I almost died from mine (hemorrhaging) and didn't even know what they were. Anyway tried taking vit d3 but started getting constipation and quit. Is there anyway around this?
One of my fibroids shrunk from 12cm to 8cm in 9mos. and all of them said they hardly ever shrink and we need to take out your uterus. All's i've done so far is cut out alcohol and caffeine and 4 1/2 mos. acupuncture. Even after the last ultra sound, and telling doctor one has shrunk he just ignored me. He still wants a hysterectomy.
Now, would like to try what your saying. Ladies don't listen to doctors if they say they do not shrink, because if your making efforts I'm proof they DO. Heard turminic helps as well. I Cut out soy as well and fried foods. TY Doctor.

He then made kind of a funny point, he asked "have you ever heard of a man having cysts?😅 Anyway he went on to tell the reason why, he said "ESTROGEN + CAFFEINE = CYSTS, that when you add caffeine to estrogen rich time between ovulation and 1st day of menstruation, it is the only time your body will make an ovarian cyst. 🎉

2yrs ago. I was 46 years old when I desperately needed a hysterectomy. I had one large 5 cm fibroid but the rest of my uterus was completely compacted with them. My uterus was the size of a grapefruit and hard like a rock. My last 3 cycles were a murder scene, insanely scary and my last 2 cycles my cervix wouldn't open properly, so I was in constant contractions but I eventually passed a blood clot the size of a grapefruit and then lost 600 mL of blood in 2 minutes. They (ER) gave me IV medication to slow down the bleeding and gave me fluids and 2 weeks later I was rushed in for a hysterectomy before my next cycle. The only thing I kept was my ovaries. For 4 years I was losing so much blood I was always anemic and always getting iron infusions. I always took all of my vitamins especially D3. But it didn't help at all. I am just shy of 49 years old now and very close to menopause. But I couldn't wait and my OBGYN didn't want to wait because it was too dangerous.
