Found out two years ago I had fibroids. Started taking 12000 IU vitamin D3, 300mg Magnesium, 100 mg B6, 200mcg K2, 800 mg Chaste berry and turmeric tea( fresh turmeric, ginger, water, black peppercorn). I included exercise 3 days a week. No fibroids symptoms anymore. I stopped sugar, processed food, dairy and eat organic meat once in a while.

I had a 11 inch fibroid, was told by a few specialists that I need a FULL hysterectomy. The date was set for two months later.
I knew nothing about benign fibroids and started doing research, I went straight into intermittent fasting, eggs and green tea for brunch, then dinner at 18:00.
No sugar, lots of walking and the fibroid went right down.
I called in and cancelled the opp.
God sent us down with everything to survive on, and our own body heals.
I am just soo glad I did not listen to those in suits and coats, it would have ruined my life.

One more thing: important to be able to ignore all information from outside that effects emotions or brings concerns..like, of some politica news, just take it as the information to know and send it back to the universe to resolve, if you don't like what you hear. Then spend time.on hobby an dpwrsnal goals. And that is very important : to have a very desired goal! Once we loose something we want so much, we loose a drive, and our body decides that the life mission is done and it starts the program of self-liquidating. Very important to have a true, honest, positive, very desired goal! When ppl were at war times, it was noticed that many diseases were not present, including plus+tissue (you understand, what I means, I hope.. avoiding direct words not to be censored here). Because ppl had forced fastening and they had only clear goals: service and return home. The last one was a big driver..it is also noticed in ppl with bad prognoses, if they have true faith and strong desire, they strive over the storm and reach impossible, miracle recoveries. There is one doctor's, very famouse cardio specialist, who got himself heart attach and reviews all the things happened and all his practice to understand why, when he knew everything. He came to a concluding that the body has it's own power based on our desires and fears...when he was in the hospital facing the cardio arrest coming (was under hear soundcheck at that moment) he realised that he was entering a very dangerous stage that ends up fatal in many, so he turned on all his wishes to come over that. The proceed stopped and didn't develop which gave the colleagues of him to find the reason (a clot) and clear it up. After that he researched deeper and integrated spiritual practices with the conservative techniques l. He started to apply that to his patients to let them recover first themselves before they move to heart transplant or surgery. It became very important for people to work with their mental to let the body do the job itself or prep for op. Same principle is in some patents that went for whatever spiritual practices and faced total recover from strong diagnosis... Mental work is important, important to have a life goal and the next after that because that will turn on the program of reaching the goal no matter what, when the physical problem is just a defect for the body to illuminate so the 'host' canachieve what he planned

This is not advice, but my experience! I was experiencing heavy menstrual cycles. I found out this was due to fibroids. I didn't want to get a hysterectomy, so I prayed and asked God for a natural solution. The first thing He revealed to me was my sugar intake. I began to do some research. Since I've gotten older, I have developed a sweet tooth. In my research, I learned that fibroid causes sugar cravings because they need sugar to grow. I reduced my sugar intake, and now my cycles are not as heavy. I don't feel pain if I cough or sneeze anymore. Dr Berg mentioned control insulin, and I said yes!! Now, I will add vitamin D to the list!!! Thanks for video!

Also fact is most of the population is vegetarian but it does not give them any better health. Clean food, clean water, clean air , clean clothes, clean medicine, non toxic shampoo, soap, cleaning material etc is what helps cure people and prevent sicknesses. Toxic chemicals are everywhere and they cause hormonal issues, cancer and so much damage to human cells. Being a vegetarian and eating vegetables grown in dirt water, polluted air, harmful pesticides will only create more issues inside the body. I had those. The first doctor started doing surgery (4 in total) to remove them. I went to a different doctor and I ended up getting a full hysterectomy. Doc said I had so many adhesions from the surgeries, everything in my abdomen was fused together. Even my bladder, colon, fallopian tubes, ovaries, cervix, and it was all fused to my abdominal wall.
One thing the new doctor said is that he now has an ultrasound machine in his gyn room so he does more of them and that most women have cysts, that they come and go with your cycle, if I remember correctly.
    Bottom line is,
Don't let doctors operate to remove them! It will wreck your insides and you won't be able to have babies.

@@katylwi oh man, that sucks. What is their recommendation? Surgery? Even if they do the surgery by laparoscopy, as opposed to full surgery, you will get adhesions.
I would ask very clear questions about the outcome as far as adhesions go. I'm 63. I had the surgeries in my 20's. I recently had to have my gallbladder removed (unrelated to the surgeries) and the surgeon could see the adhesions when he did the removal.
I still regret allowing the first doctor to do do the surgeries. My kids would be grown by now. I may have grandchildren. Who knows? But it is what it is.
Ask questions. Find out all the options. Even get a second opinion. Is there new technology they can use? How will they seal the open wounds inside, after they've removed the things? How will they prevent the adhesions?
I really hope you get relief. I didn't have endometriosis but I've heard it causes terrible pain. My heart goes out to you.

Btw did you know now most clothes, socks, jackets ,undergarments, shoes, blankets, bedsheets, bags etc sold in US and Canada stores including IKEA are made of plastic check the labels (recycled materical, polyester, synthetic material, micro fiber etc etc all are prepared from threads of recycled plastic bottles) There are factories and government is investing in them including big brands because plastic is free and cheaper to source from the sea. I like the fact of taking vitamins, but then nobody’s addressing usually when you have fibroids, they put you on high hormonal birth control to combat the fibroids. Also, I was getting symptoms of PMDD so I was getting put on antidepressants. If you have noticeable allergies to vitamins you may have mast cell activation syndrome. The best way to get vitamins under those conditions is to take beef organs and eat regenerative raised beef. It’s the most nutrient dense food you can eat and you won’t react badly. Unfortunately taking vitamins in synthetic or isolated forms is wen we can have bad reactions, but if you eat them in their natural food source they come in proper balance, with the cofactors they need to work properly and in forms we can use. Unfortunately if you want to heal / recover from anything, red meat with fat is the best way to do that. Vegetables have too many chemicals like oxalate and phytate that will cause calcification and other problems and they don’t have enough nutrient density, and animal fat is essential for healing.

Vit D may prevent fibroid growth but they can’t cure it. My vit D levels are 120 ng/ml but I have a 7cm fibroid and it kept growing. Fibroids need a more holistic treatment approach with lifestyles changes. I couldn’t get an answer through allopathy so I switched to homeopathy and luckily mine is shrinking. But again you need to follow a lot of rules like exercising daily cardio/HIIT and yoga/pilates to strengthen core muscles. No dairy, red meat, caffeine, alcohol, spicy and processed food, and smoking. It’s basically a body cleanse so that the ayurvedic/homepathy medication can work effectively. What saddens me is that the only treatment option available in modern medicine is just get a surgery and wait for a few more years to get another or remove the uterus altogether which is even worse. Modern medicine needs to take women health issues seriously!

What they’re not going to tell us is that for millions of years we were all outside at/near Solar Noon which is around 12 noon, to soak up thousands of units of Vitamin D. Now that we’re not doing that, all of a sudden we have all these syndromes and diseases, fibroids included. To truly stop them, you have to change lifestyles so that you can be outside during these hours like our ancestors. If you continue to work a job where you have to be inside, treatments are only a bandaid because you can’t keep it up. Thats why they try to pull out the uterus. It’s sick. We have to fight this because there is enough AI that everyone doesn’t need to “work”. Low D is driving us crazy and affecting all of our health. Children that are formed during periods of low D for the mother have higher risks. Wealthy moms get to go outdoors and not work while pregnant. This is a social justice issue.

The fibroids are the uterus’ attempt to get Vitamin D and other nutrients into itself when they’re low, to preserve fertility. That’s the uterus and whole body’s 1st priority. If you give the body and the uterus the vitamins and nutrients it is looking for, the fibroids will shrink. Fibroids are an indication of severely low D and nutrients. They’re saying “you can’t eat that pizza and ice cream any more”. And “you can’t work that indoor job any more”.

Dr Berg, I just can't thank you enough for the information that you share on this channel. You've really affected my health and my life. The incidence of fibroids and endometriosis is even higher in my community, the African American community. And the first thing the doctors suggest is a hysterectomy. Because I understand that the body is a system I did not allow this, despite the scary talk (and they did scare me). I poured through your videos and came up with a nutrition regimen to help me. Fasting has helped me. I even know what a quality supplement is because of your channel. I share your videos with my family and friends all the time. (Better to share the source so they don't think I'm lecturing them.) I just had to take the time to express my sincere appreciation.

AA lack vitamin D more than any other group. Some who even live in sunny regions lack vitamin D because of hiding from the sun because they don’t want to get dark or get so called skin cancer. If you live in a sunny climate and you grey looking or have that so called cool complexion you lack vitamin D.

The reason black women have fibroids..is that lack vitamin D …women should take vitamin D according to …weight …race and age …..the more weight the more IU ..somebody over 150 pds needs more than 10000-15000IU…and age and colour …now if you have fibroids even more vitamin D and magnesium

I had a couple of big fibroids in my uterus years ago. I started drinking mushroom coffee (coffee with Reishi and other mushrooms) then MUD/WTR when that became available. At my last checkup (I'm 65) I found out they are completely gone! I can't prove it's the mushrooms but it's really the only consistent change I have made that I know of.

Lots of bleeding, lots of blood clots , my breast felt really bruised so many days before I would even start my period. I felt tired and just had a horrible time. The doctor had a horrible time getting up inside the uterus to get a biopsy and did not get no tissue at all. That procedure was extremely painful. So the plan was hysterectomy and everything was taken out. I had a Hugh Uterus I was told. Any ways no more problems. And it wasn't cancer.

I would use a goat milk instead of the cow milk. It is digested better and prevents cancer cells growing. And also women should add more iron (Ferrum) because these fibres can take a lot of blood away during their days. If you eat eggs daily, you can prevent anemia. You can also consider fasting method to get rid of these fibers.

I was a normal healthy woman, and I had the implant placed for 3 years. I decided to remove large fibroid (chicken egg size) 3 years later to preserve my fertility I was having bad upper right abdomen pain, and looked pregnant, with a swollen stomach.
After laproscopic fibroid removal, pathology revealed Leomayosarcoma. It changed my whole life. Luckily i caught it early but had to have a total hysterectomy plus all womanly organs removed to prevent reoccurrence. Please check your fibroids regularly and if you have abdomen pain or major swelling or serious symptoms, see your GYNO.

I wish I had known this 20 years ago. I'd still have my parts. My uterus was so full of fibroids there was no room left at the inn for any more. I was a mess. However, unless one is prone to having cervical cancer, etc, I'd do a Supracervical hysterectomy if you absolutely have to have one! Ladies, you want to keep your cervix intact. Taking it out with the rest of the uterus shortens the vaginal canal and can make intimacy painful. The cervix also has tons of "feels" in it. My supracervical hysterectomy was done thru my previous caesarean scar 20 years ago. They can probably do it laparoscopically now days. ?? Keep in mind you still need to visit your GYN for checkups if the cervix remains. Tell your doctor you want a supracervical hysterectomy if you absolutely need a hysterectomy.

Vit D is certainly proving something of a superhero.
I think I might have been spending more time indoors when I got my 2 fibroids, and as I took little notice of what I was eating back then, especially with regard to vitamin balance, it's probable that I was running low on B and Magnesium.
One of my fibroids was the size of an orange, the other the size of a football. Things were getting tangled up inside of me, and I was told that if I had left it another 2 weeks, I most likely would have died.
It was a pre-cancer, so I had to go back for regular checks for 6 years until my surgeon was satisfied there was no sign of cancer starting anywhere.
But one of the most important things to remember is to act fast on early symptoms.
It was only when I happened to say to a pharmacist that this was the third treatment for cystitis I was getting in a month, she turned round and told me to get a doctor's appointment immediately.
Apparently, cystitis like symptoms are very common.
