Found out two years ago I had fibroids. Started taking 12000 IU vitamin D3, 300mg Magnesium, 100 mg B6, 200mcg K2, 800 mg Chaste berry and turmeric tea( fresh turmeric, ginger, water, black peppercorn). I included exercise 3 days a week. No fibroids symptoms anymore. I stopped sugar, processed food, dairy and eat organic meat once in a while.
I literally got the news yesterday that I have 3 fibroids after an emergency ultrasound and woke up to this. WHOA it’s like Dr. Berg is psychic or the phone is listening 😬🤣. Btw whoever is reading this and if you have faith please pray for me. 🙏🏽🕊️
I had a 11 inch fibroid, was told by a few specialists that I need a FULL hysterectomy. The date was set for two months later. I knew nothing about benign fibroids and started doing research, I went straight into intermittent fasting, eggs and green tea for brunch, then dinner at 18:00. No sugar, lots of walking and the fibroid went right down. I called in and cancelled the opp. God sent us down with everything to survive on, and our own body heals. I am just soo glad I did not listen to those in suits and coats, it would have ruined my life.
Eat healthy, exercise, take vitamin tabs, drink one spoon of extra virgin olive oil, drink matcha green tea and sleep well. That's what I've done and just celebrated my 90th birthday lately. 😊
One more thing: important to be able to ignore all information from outside that effects emotions or brings concerns..like, of some politica news, just take it as the information to know and send it back to the universe to resolve, if you don't like what you hear. Then spend time.on hobby an dpwrsnal goals. And that is very important : to have a very desired goal! Once we loose something we want so much, we loose a drive, and our body decides that the life mission is done and it starts the program of self-liquidating. Very important to have a true, honest, positive, very desired goal! When ppl were at war times, it was noticed that many diseases were not present, including plus+tissue (you understand, what I means, I hope.. avoiding direct words not to be censored here). Because ppl had forced fastening and they had only clear goals: service and return home. The last one was a big driver..it is also noticed in ppl with bad prognoses, if they have true faith and strong desire, they strive over the storm and reach impossible, miracle recoveries. There is one doctor's, very famouse cardio specialist, who got himself heart attach and reviews all the things happened and all his practice to understand why, when he knew everything. He came to a concluding that the body has it's own power based on our desires and fears...when he was in the hospital facing the cardio arrest coming (was under hear soundcheck at that moment) he realised that he was entering a very dangerous stage that ends up fatal in many, so he turned on all his wishes to come over that. The proceed stopped and didn't develop which gave the colleagues of him to find the reason (a clot) and clear it up. After that he researched deeper and integrated spiritual practices with the conservative techniques l. He started to apply that to his patients to let them recover first themselves before they move to heart transplant or surgery. It became very important for people to work with their mental to let the body do the job itself or prep for op. Same principle is in some patents that went for whatever spiritual practices and faced total recover from strong diagnosis... Mental work is important, important to have a life goal and the next after that because that will turn on the program of reaching the goal no matter what, when the physical problem is just a defect for the body to illuminate so the 'host' canachieve what he planned
Absolutely correct!! I am not a fan of taking fake D/ hormones at all, or fish oil supplements. I love Berg, though he is learning too! Don't forget fasting is huge!!
This is not advice, but my experience! I was experiencing heavy menstrual cycles. I found out this was due to fibroids. I didn't want to get a hysterectomy, so I prayed and asked God for a natural solution. The first thing He revealed to me was my sugar intake. I began to do some research. Since I've gotten older, I have developed a sweet tooth. In my research, I learned that fibroid causes sugar cravings because they need sugar to grow. I reduced my sugar intake, and now my cycles are not as heavy. I don't feel pain if I cough or sneeze anymore. Dr Berg mentioned control insulin, and I said yes!! Now, I will add vitamin D to the list!!! Thanks for video!
That's what I noticed lately ,I have a sugar craving ,and I found out last week I have 3 cm fibroid,Now I will start to take care of myself ,plus my period went crazy I always have spotting.
@@giftessien555 Did you do a blood test also? Craving ice is most likely related to iron deficiency/anemia. That gives quite awkward cravings, but chewing ice is a very common sign of anemia.
I had 41 fibroids removed with minimal invasive surgery. They were to big for me to keep and I want to have kids. It was causing me to bleed for 4 weeks. So I am fibroid free thanks to Jesus Christ.
Wow! Who performed the minimal invasive surgery? I was told there weren't any surgeries to remove my only 14 fibroids! Wow! My sister, you are certainly blessed! 🙏🏾
Oh Dr Berg...thank you for putting this out there. I wish i would've had this precious information, 16 yrs ago. I had a "partial" hysterectomy and wasn't even IN menopause yet and immediately after the surgery, was thrust in to it. They put my on HRT and 6 yrs ago, my Dr slipped and said that hormones POSTPONE the inevitable. I went off. I've been miserable ever since...UNTIL...YOUR VIDEOS. Now there's hope..FINALLY. You have no clue, what you're doing for women like me. We appreciate ALL YOU DO...THANK YOU!
I'm 44 and just finished going through menopause. Luckily I only had 4 years, my mother had around 7. I was early at getting my period and early to go into menopause. It was hell and I hope your hell ends soon!
I had endometriosis and suffered for over 15 years, it was stage 4 not cancerous but the pain was insane and don’t wish this on my enemy. I have been operated about 7 years ago and when I opened my eyes in hospital bed, the first thing my specialist said ‘how did you live with this pain for years’ No more pain, living my best life.
I deeply regret the loss of my Uterus and 1 ovary back in 2005. If only I had known about Magnesium, D3 and B vitamins effects on Fibroids back then. A fibroid went cancerous. Because I had severe PMDD I believed the Doctors that a hysterectomy would improve my life. Not even remotely true. I had already beat Cancer once before but it was time consuming and more expensive than free surgery. One of the worst decisions of my life.
I'm sorry you have to deal with the difficulties resulting from that surgery. I'm sure many other women are there with you, because that's how "medicine" works (surgeries).
@@ladi2612 I had my uterus removed when I was in my early forties, and I have never regretted it. But I already had all my children, and there were multiple reasons for having it done. I think it probably saved my life. I kept my ovaries so I didn't have to deal with all that. They weren't the problem anyway, it was all the large tumors that caused very heavy bleeding and periods which were so close together. It was a relief not to have all the problems that went along with the heavy bleeding. I never regretted it!
@@FirstDagger I do I take it all every day. I never get sick, even though I have a chronic illness. All I will say is I can't use b6, it brings on my neuropathy.
Vitamin D can cause cancer in some people. Dr. Nicholas Gonzalez found this in his research with patients. Just sharing so people can be aware of the potential problem.
I woke up and was using the Delta wave state to be thankful for my beautiful wife and property and all my nature and farm animals etc and then was told by her that I'm a great guy and deserve to be happy, then this video came on and she told me that she has these and she is scheduled for another ultrasound this week for her fibroids...it's like I was meant to see this. Now, I believe we are not humans having a spiritual experience, but we are in fact spirits having a human experience. Let that sink in and know that everything happens for a reason and start to manifest the life that you want. The timing is always perfect, whether we understand it or not, and nature has a way of balancing itself out. Love, light and unity to all my brothers and sisters 💕
Milk is not the enemy. Milk itself has vitamin A and D and calcium. The problem is pasteurized milk which kills all these vitamins and then synthetic vitamins are added. In addition if growth hormones are added that cause further problems. Again milk is life. Milk is not the enemy.
Dr. Berg you are the best! That's why I have been following you since 2018. If I had to cancel all my subscriptions for the purpose of minimal life, the only one I will keep is your channel.
I wish I had known this info prior to my 2008 hysterectomy, having had the cervix and uterus removed due to large fibroids and very heavy periods. I started taking Vitamin D3, 3000 IU, after the fact and still continue to do so even through my menopause stage, some 16 years now. Still have my ovaries after 63.5 years, and I've also been taking a multivitamin daily for about that same time period. Wow....none of my primary care providers, including the OBGYN staffers, shared this information. I'm floored about this, and as a woman of color, we have higher statistics regarding fibroids with no options other than surgery, so this info could have been an educational moment.
Hey Dr. Berg, THANK YOU FOR THIS INFO!! I am 64 and when I was in my 40's I had fibroids real bad. The doctor wanted to give me a hysterectomy of course. I avoided him after that. I started taking nattokinase and that is what helped me! It shrunk them down and I felt much better!! I WISH I would have known about vitamin D back then.
@Silence_between_waves all this pitta vata dosha stuff, does not cure cancer, fibroids, or any major illnesses. India has alarming rates of tumors, cancers, chronic issues. Also fact is most of the population is vegetarian but it does not give them any better health. Clean food, clean water, clean air , clean clothes, clean medicine, non toxic shampoo, soap, cleaning material etc is what helps cure people and prevent sicknesses. Toxic chemicals are everywhere and they cause hormonal issues, cancer and so much damage to human cells. Being a vegetarian and eating vegetables grown in dirt water, polluted air, harmful pesticides will only create more issues inside the body. No amount of Ayurveda can help when it is prepared in the wrong environment.
I had those. The first doctor started doing surgery (4 in total) to remove them. I went to a different doctor and I ended up getting a full hysterectomy. Doc said I had so many adhesions from the surgeries, everything in my abdomen was fused together. Even my bladder, colon, fallopian tubes, ovaries, cervix, and it was all fused to my abdominal wall. One thing the new doctor said is that he now has an ultrasound machine in his gyn room so he does more of them and that most women have cysts, that they come and go with your cycle, if I remember correctly. Bottom line is, Don't let doctors operate to remove them! It will wreck your insides and you won't be able to have babies.
My doctor says I am in stage 4 endometriosis, I also have multiple lesions and a very low AMH and I am 34 and a half years old. Then what should I do?!
@@katylwi oh man, that sucks. What is their recommendation? Surgery? Even if they do the surgery by laparoscopy, as opposed to full surgery, you will get adhesions. I would ask very clear questions about the outcome as far as adhesions go. I'm 63. I had the surgeries in my 20's. I recently had to have my gallbladder removed (unrelated to the surgeries) and the surgeon could see the adhesions when he did the removal. I still regret allowing the first doctor to do do the surgeries. My kids would be grown by now. I may have grandchildren. Who knows? But it is what it is. Ask questions. Find out all the options. Even get a second opinion. Is there new technology they can use? How will they seal the open wounds inside, after they've removed the things? How will they prevent the adhesions? I really hope you get relief. I didn't have endometriosis but I've heard it causes terrible pain. My heart goes out to you. Hugs, from a stranger. 🌷🩷
@@katylwi also, if you don't have kids yet, find out your options for in vitro or freezing them. I had those options, since I was still producing eggs, but I refused it, mainly because I thought it was too unnatural. It was the 90's, not very common and super expensive. Don't be afraid to ask questions. Make a list and ask all of the questions.
Another thing I would avoid if I had these would be estrogen mimicking chemicals in products and plastics. Our environment is saturated with estrogen mimicking compounds.
You can never avoid plastic.. example Fridge handles and where we store our food is internally made of plastic, dishwashers frame, microwaves, even bread come in plastic, water bottles are plastic also water filter or water purifier jug , its all made of plastic too.. not to mention the pen to write, TV and remote, Laptops, hairbrush, toothbrush, all use plastic components.. Btw did you know now most clothes, socks, jackets ,undergarments, shoes, blankets, bedsheets, bags etc sold in US and Canada stores including IKEA are made of plastic check the labels (recycled materical, polyester, synthetic material, micro fiber etc etc all are prepared from threads of recycled plastic bottles) There are factories and government is investing in them including big brands because plastic is free and cheaper to source from the sea. I can't buy anything to wear, I search hard for things that says 100% or atleast 70% cotton.
Yes I had both stage 4 plus complicated large cysts a few times and PCOS 😓...multiple ops, scar adhesions, couldn't have kids, affected work, I had a hysterectomy and was in ICU on a ventilator after. Very hard journey! My vitamin d was always low as well as hypothyroidism and hypoglycemia
If at all possible, keep at least one ovary. I had a total hysterectomy at age 42 ( uterus and cervix removed) as well as the fallopian tube removed, but kept one ovary seven years ago and thankfully haven't went through menopause yet. I have PCOS, had stage 4 Endometriosis, large fibroids, and Adenomysois, I had EXCISION for the Endo. The hysterectomy was strictly for the Adeno.
@@Dorothy-qr4ln please consider postponing the surgery and supplementing with iodine. Dr. Berg has videos about iodine, but you can also see videos from Dr. David Brownstein and Dr. Elizabeth Bright about iodine and how it helps with women's health issues (menstrual).

Love the way you explain everything. Many of us women need to be informed. Unfortunately many drs I visited never explained anything about fibroids. They only made me feel worse with birth control and synthetic hormones 😢
I had 13 fibroids surgically removed. My doc told me the same regarding Vit D. Since she said that she saw seeds of new fibroids sprouting, I'm taking Vit D like I'm fighting for my life.
Yeah I have 12 cc fibroid. And I WAS VEGAN. Something that’s not being addressed is individuals always assuming that it’s food it’s also clothing and chemicals that can help offset fibroids. I like the fact of taking vitamins, but then nobody’s addressing usually when you have fibroids, they put you on high hormonal birth control to combat the fibroids. Also, I was getting symptoms of PMDD so I was getting put on antidepressants. Now I have an allergy to vitamins, but it’s hard to find vitamins that will not offset symptoms of sickness because of my other prescriptions..
Omgosh?? As a Vegan?? I've noticed the more studies come out about veganism the more it's shown it's good but not the healthiest diet. Prayers for you. I'm in my 30's and I know 2 of my friends who run marathons and are fit body and health wise have fibroids but both also have healthy children so not everyone has hysterectomies from it. Stay in faith 🙏🌹
If you have noticeable allergies to vitamins you may have mast cell activation syndrome. The best way to get vitamins under those conditions is to take beef organs and eat regenerative raised beef. It’s the most nutrient dense food you can eat and you won’t react badly. Unfortunately taking vitamins in synthetic or isolated forms is wen we can have bad reactions, but if you eat them in their natural food source they come in proper balance, with the cofactors they need to work properly and in forms we can use. Unfortunately if you want to heal / recover from anything, red meat with fat is the best way to do that. Vegetables have too many chemicals like oxalate and phytate that will cause calcification and other problems and they don’t have enough nutrient density, and animal fat is essential for healing.
I have a fibroid as well. I'm not vegan but I was eating a lot of soy based vegan foods and not a lot of real meat before being diagnosed. I relate it to eating a lot of soy🤔 Did you eat a lot of soy?
I went to a female gynecologist for having very heavy and prolong period for over 3 months long I am early 40s and she told me that it was something I would have to live with till menopause started I watched this video and was so very happy to know that the doctor was wrong Thank you for sharing this with everyone I know it has helped me with not getting so depressed thinking I would have to deal with such a stress situation for possibly years Luv learning from Dr. Berg watch him all the time❤
I'm literally having severe period cramps right now and decided to open RUclips. The timing of this video is perfect coz I have one small fibroid that's probably been causing my heavy period cramps 🤣
You need to take magnesium bisglycinate. It helps TREMENDOUSLY. The brand 'Prominent Nutrition' is what I use from Amazon in addition to taking vitamin d3 and omega 3
I had very normal periods, normal pregnancies, full-term babies, and cesarean births. At 52 I had horrible bleeding and clots, had an ultrasound which showed several fibroids. I needed emergency surgery and the doctor said a possible blood transfusion due to low red cell count. I had full complete hysterectomy and was put on 2 mg estradiol. For me… the best thing I ever did! No more night sweats, heart palpations, uncontrollable bleeding, etc. I'm 60 now and love not having any reproductive organs, no fluctuations no worrying about uterine cancer which my mom and grandmother had. No possible ovarian, or cervical cancer! I'm very happy how it turned out and I do take vitamin D everyday. 🤩
I have a family member battling fibroids. This info is helpful. I ordered your vitamin D/K because it comes in a higher dose than most D vitamins you see in the store.
I got diagnosed with over 5 uterine fibroids at 27. I am now 30 and apparently have 2 fibroids. Definitely feel so much better now. Still have somewhat heavy periods. Definitely don’t recommend birth control. Bc made me feel worse. I use castor oil. Multiple vitamins. C, D3, omega 3, magnesium, selenium, etc. and lots of 🫖 tea. Red rasberry, dandelion root, hibiscus, cinnamon, ginger, spearmint and many more😅
I have been told to have a hysterectomy due to cyst'. That was over 7 months ago. Had a MRI CT's Ultrasound. TON of blood work to see if any cancer. All normal. I turned down surgery I feel great! I do not have any pain! The cyst's are not over 10 cm. I will have another ultrasound in June to see if any change. I was big on supplements for years BUT now I am sick of all the pills of any kind! The difference between treating symptoms versus causes. Dr Coimbra from San Paulo, Brazil, developed a protocol regarding vitamin D3 and Dr Berg has mentioned a few times. Well worth a look as dozens of doctors around the world have adopted it. Wouldn’t be surprised if there’s doctor familiar with it near you. Dr Chaffee is another from Perth, Australia is another. Low fat diets are very taxing to a body especially the upper right quadrant of the abdomen

Sushmita: I'm in my 60s... in 2005 I had a myomectomy to remove a fibroid then following that in 2010 a hysterectomy. Sadly we were NEVER informed about the vitamins Doc. has mentioned in this video. Presently taking most of the vitamins approx. 5-7 years to date... We never know how beneficial it could be at this age 😊❤😊
All this research but no doctors have figured out why fibroids disproportionately affect black women :/ I’ve stayed away from red meat mostly. In my experience the hormones in beef & poultry and dairy increases estrogen production which aids in fibroid growth. I had UFE and it’s helped me improve my quality of life. I also found acupuncture helpful. I hope all the ladies affected by this get some resolution before having to resort to a hysterectomy
I had a 7 & 1/2 pound fibroid tumor. It had pushed my bladder out of place. My bladder was in the top of my leg. My gynecologist never found it after complaining for 4 years about pain. I joked about Timmy the tumor needs a college fund.

No one talks about Adenomyosis, it’s a thing, but it’s not very well known. It caused me years of pain and problems until I went through menopause. I would love it if it was researched more and spoken about.
I take vitami d, k, nutritional yeast, vitex. I also take cinnamon pills in the lead up before my period and during the first few days. Now my cramps only last a day, period is lighter and my hair loss has significantly reduced. I was diagnosed this year with adenomyosis but the doctor pushed for BC. Main thing I need to do is reduce cow dairy and opt for goat milk as well supplement magnesium again. Hope this helps Edit: Also switching to organic and eating more cruciferous Veggies and more fibre and vitamin E. Milk thistle tea is good too. Anything to reduce excess estrogen. Sunscreen, moisturiser all increase estrogen
Vitamin D is prescribed to vulnerable patients in the UK. Those who are elderly and cancer patients are given vitamin d by our general practioner (family doctors)

Vit D may prevent fibroid growth but they can’t cure it. My vit D levels are 120 ng/ml but I have a 7cm fibroid and it kept growing. Fibroids need a more holistic treatment approach with lifestyles changes. I couldn’t get an answer through allopathy so I switched to homeopathy and luckily mine is shrinking. But again you need to follow a lot of rules like exercising daily cardio/HIIT and yoga/pilates to strengthen core muscles. No dairy, red meat, caffeine, alcohol, spicy and processed food, and smoking. It’s basically a body cleanse so that the ayurvedic/homepathy medication can work effectively. What saddens me is that the only treatment option available in modern medicine is just get a surgery and wait for a few more years to get another or remove the uterus altogether which is even worse. Modern medicine needs to take women health issues seriously!
What they’re not going to tell us is that for millions of years we were all outside at/near Solar Noon which is around 12 noon, to soak up thousands of units of Vitamin D. Now that we’re not doing that, all of a sudden we have all these syndromes and diseases, fibroids included. To truly stop them, you have to change lifestyles so that you can be outside during these hours like our ancestors. If you continue to work a job where you have to be inside, treatments are only a bandaid because you can’t keep it up. Thats why they try to pull out the uterus. It’s sick. We have to fight this because there is enough AI that everyone doesn’t need to “work”. Low D is driving us crazy and affecting all of our health. Children that are formed during periods of low D for the mother have higher risks. Wealthy moms get to go outdoors and not work while pregnant. This is a social justice issue.

The fibroids are the uterus’ attempt to get Vitamin D and other nutrients into itself when they’re low, to preserve fertility. That’s the uterus and whole body’s 1st priority. If you give the body and the uterus the vitamins and nutrients it is looking for, the fibroids will shrink. Fibroids are an indication of severely low D and nutrients. They’re saying “you can’t eat that pizza and ice cream any more”. And “you can’t work that indoor job any more”.
Dr Berg, I just can't thank you enough for the information that you share on this channel. You've really affected my health and my life. The incidence of fibroids and endometriosis is even higher in my community, the African American community. And the first thing the doctors suggest is a hysterectomy. Because I understand that the body is a system I did not allow this, despite the scary talk (and they did scare me). I poured through your videos and came up with a nutrition regimen to help me. Fasting has helped me. I even know what a quality supplement is because of your channel. I share your videos with my family and friends all the time. (Better to share the source so they don't think I'm lecturing them.) I just had to take the time to express my sincere appreciation.
AA lack vitamin D more than any other group. Some who even live in sunny regions lack vitamin D because of hiding from the sun because they don’t want to get dark or get so called skin cancer. If you live in a sunny climate and you grey looking or have that so called cool complexion you lack vitamin D.
The reason black women have fibroids..is that lack vitamin D …women should take vitamin D according to …weight …race and age …..the more weight the more IU ..somebody over 150 pds needs more than 10000-15000IU…and age and colour …now if you have fibroids even more vitamin D and magnesium
I had a couple of big fibroids in my uterus years ago. I started drinking mushroom coffee (coffee with Reishi and other mushrooms) then MUD/WTR when that became available. At my last checkup (I'm 65) I found out they are completely gone! I can't prove it's the mushrooms but it's really the only consistent change I have made that I know of.
They also tend to shrink after menopause. In case that helps shed any light towards potential added reasons - good to know about the possibility with mushrooms.
Off subject but just wanted to say that as a woman in my 50's and post menopausal everything is dry, eyes, sinuses, skin etc. and for the past three years I was getting frequent bloody noses. Yup! Vitamin D is great. Found out I had 5 fibroids last year. Started taking it among doing other things, and I now only have 3 fibroids. The natural route more than works, its effective.
I had fibroids and ended up in a Hystorectomy . Before I had this surgery , every time I had a period it was the most horrible time. Lots of pain , more crippling pain . Lots of bleeding, lots of blood clots , my breast felt really bruised so many days before I would even start my period. I felt tired and just had a horrible time. The doctor had a horrible time getting up inside the uterus to get a biopsy and did not get no tissue at all. That procedure was extremely painful. So the plan was hysterectomy and everything was taken out. I had a Hugh Uterus I was told. Any ways no more problems. And it wasn't cancer.
We share the same story, my love🙏🏼🤍. A year ago I had a hysterectomy (I had huge fibroids, heavy bleeding, looked 5 months pregnant, etc) I just kept my ovaries and it was the BEST decision I’ve ever made ..but of course I’m 50 and done having kids.❤

I had to have surgery but in the months leading up to it I took green tea extract and they found that the fibroid was shrinking when they ook it out. I wish I knew about Vit D. It makes sense as I had always lived in Italy and I presented with a fibroid once I moved to the UK where there is no sunshine.
I had a myectomy surgery almost 2 years ago. For me, it was the only thing that really helped me. Everything works now as it should be and I still can have a children, if I want. It was very painful recovery, but it was worth it. I wish it could be reduced naturally, but nothing helped me and I've tried everything.
I am Vitamin D deficient & developed a cyst on my thyroid, & have been dealing with ovarian cysts for years! I lost a ton of weight, hair, swelling of feet, hypersensitivity etc, when developing hyperthyroidism & started having more serious cardiac issues & when I started taking a Vit D with (calcium magnesium & zinc) I immediately started putting weight back on. We need these key vitamins & supplements not just to survive, but to regulate our whole system from youth!
@@jtobit I mean overall the largest change was haven't been eating processed foods & sugar as much & I haven't suffered with them in a good few years. Otherwise...maybe I just got lucky. I also never took bc in my life. I still need to go to endocrinologist again. So I'm sorry that's not the answer you were probably hoping for here. But since we're mentioning those vitamins, I do think vitamin deficiency can trigger a TON of health issues. So just get your levels checked if you can. I just know that your gut directly correlates to hormone levels, so anything your lacking or overdoing will add to these issues. ❤️ Praying for you, they've almost killed me a few times so I know it's hell.
Would love to hear more on this subject -- prevention, can you really shrink them, should you have surgery, should you get a hysterectomy, diet options, fasting techniques, etc.. This is a big issue these days! Thank you!
My uterus was the size of a 14 week pregnant woman. I had enlarged veins and it felt it all the way through my legs. I had a second opinion because the doctor wanted for me to have a hysterectomy. The second doctor said yes i really need one. I cried and finally within a few months had a hysterectomy. I didn't have any answers back in 2013.
I was wondering about this too, and was looking around and saw that Dr. Berg made a Magnesium Glycinate supplement that also contains Vitamin D and B6 on Amazon. Going to give that one a try!
Thank you @Drberg !! I wanted to add that in addition to everything you just mentioned, I have also been drinking organic Stinging Nettle Tea. There’s proof in my labs there was a significant reduction. Like barely visible by ObGYN. Stinging Nettle is also great for detoxifying the liver and treating allergies.
@@Drberg Dr. Berg, I have admired your work every since attending your lectures at Howard University. I would an opportunity to work with you because I am so compassionate about health and wellbeing. I have also overcome being misdiagnosed 7 times. I am constantly providing free nutrient and nutrition plans for close friends and relatives. Can we schedule sometime to connect?
I would use a goat milk instead of the cow milk. It is digested better and prevents cancer cells growing. And also women should add more iron (Ferrum) because these fibres can take a lot of blood away during their days. If you eat eggs daily, you can prevent anemia. You can also consider fasting method to get rid of these fibers.
Wow, what a remarkable coincidence! I just got the news yesterday that I have 3 fibroids after an emergency ultrasound, and waking up to this video feels like it was meant for me. Dr. Berg's advice is so relevant and helpful. I'm truly grateful, and if anyone reading this has faith, please keep me in your prayers. Thank you!
I suffered heavy periods for several years, starting at 33. Years later after, before the birth control implant, an ultrasound revealed two fibroids. I was a normal healthy woman, and I had the implant placed for 3 years. I decided to remove large fibroid (chicken egg size) 3 years later to preserve my fertility I was having bad upper right abdomen pain, and looked pregnant, with a swollen stomach. After laproscopic fibroid removal, pathology revealed Leomayosarcoma. It changed my whole life. Luckily i caught it early but had to have a total hysterectomy plus all womanly organs removed to prevent reoccurrence. Please check your fibroids regularly and if you have abdomen pain or major swelling or serious symptoms, see your GYNO.

I wish I had known this 20 years ago. I'd still have my parts. My uterus was so full of fibroids there was no room left at the inn for any more. I was a mess. However, unless one is prone to having cervical cancer, etc, I'd do a Supracervical hysterectomy if you absolutely have to have one! Ladies, you want to keep your cervix intact. Taking it out with the rest of the uterus shortens the vaginal canal and can make intimacy painful. The cervix also has tons of "feels" in it. My supracervical hysterectomy was done thru my previous caesarean scar 20 years ago. They can probably do it laparoscopically now days. ?? Keep in mind you still need to visit your GYN for checkups if the cervix remains. Tell your doctor you want a supracervical hysterectomy if you absolutely need a hysterectomy.
Congratulations Dr Berg on 12M subs!! Thank you for all this info. ❤ your work! I wish I knew this 16 years ago. Went thru multiple procedures and so much pain and mental anguish.

Vit D is certainly proving something of a superhero. I think I might have been spending more time indoors when I got my 2 fibroids, and as I took little notice of what I was eating back then, especially with regard to vitamin balance, it's probable that I was running low on B and Magnesium. One of my fibroids was the size of an orange, the other the size of a football. Things were getting tangled up inside of me, and I was told that if I had left it another 2 weeks, I most likely would have died. It was a pre-cancer, so I had to go back for regular checks for 6 years until my surgeon was satisfied there was no sign of cancer starting anywhere. But one of the most important things to remember is to act fast on early symptoms. It was only when I happened to say to a pharmacist that this was the third treatment for cystitis I was getting in a month, she turned round and told me to get a doctor's appointment immediately. Apparently, cystitis like symptoms are very common.
Wow! Ok 7 days ago I removed a 15 cm fibroid on my 32 year old. I never ever went to hospital for no reason at all and now I am kind traumatic after that experience. I was very health until I started studying too much, never gained weight but was eating too many crazy things, and forgot to take care of myself, now I will take care of my health like never before.
I've had fibroids since 2016. Why didnt I get this advice from my doctors! During my one check up I told my gynecologist something was horribly wrong and he brushed it off as me being a women! So, I just continued with my heavy periods and pain, crying, to scared to sneeze, sleeping in fear at night not knowing what I'll wake up to, and thought I'm just being a women!
Thank you for the helpful information.
Than you Dr Berg
That's a LOT of K2. Do you mean 200 mcg?
What kind of magnesium did you take?

I deeply regret the loss of my Uterus and 1 ovary back in 2005. If only I had known about Magnesium, D3 and B vitamins effects on Fibroids back then. A fibroid went cancerous.

Milk is not the enemy. Milk itself has vitamin A and D and calcium.
The problem is pasteurized milk which kills all these vitamins and then synthetic vitamins are added. In addition if growth hormones are added that cause further problems.
Again milk is life. Milk is not the enemy.

Bottom line is,
Don't let doctors operate to remove them! It will wreck your insides and you won't be able to have babies.
My doctor says I am in stage 4 endometriosis, I also have multiple lesions and a very low AMH and I am 34 and a half years old.
Then what should I do?!
Go and follow your doctors advice@@katylwi

Women need healthy fats (from animal sources) to balance hormones naturally. Dr. Elizabeth Bright offers more info.
The runnjng probably causes oxidative stress and cortisol. I wonder if your friends are not taking in enough D3 & K2 and other synergistic vitamins.
I have a fibroid as well. I'm not vegan but I was eating a lot of soy based vegan foods and not a lot of real meat before being diagnosed. I relate it to eating a lot of soy🤔 Did you eat a lot of soy?

I saw a paper that showed green tea extract helps reduce fibroids. I find my periods are less heavy when I take it as well.
Hi do you still use estradiol
Wow ..what women go through ..respect..respect …
I have a family member battling fibroids. This info is helpful. I ordered your vitamin D/K because it comes in a higher dose than most D vitamins you see in the store.
I got diagnosed with over 5 uterine fibroids at 27. I am now 30 and apparently have 2 fibroids. Definitely feel so much better now. Still have somewhat heavy periods. Definitely don’t recommend birth control. Bc made me feel worse. I use castor oil. Multiple vitamins. C, D3, omega 3, magnesium, selenium, etc. and lots of 🫖 tea. Red rasberry, dandelion root, hibiscus, cinnamon, ginger, spearmint and many more😅
Very good. Avoid dairy at all costs
However will up my vitamin D'3 and K. We are big meat eaters, make my own sourdough bread, no seed oils and have started making smoothies REAL ORGANIC FOOD!! I am very active 73 year old. Mow my own lawn, snow blow, bike, workout. I told my Dr I just got a new mower and no time for surgery!

What a great health remedy,my doctor doesn’t know the cause of my stomach pain ,she just told me to take anti gases tablets.terrified me
Same with my neice. 😢

I believe because many Black people are Vitamin D deficient.
I had a 7 & 1/2 pound fibroid tumor. It had pushed my bladder out of place. My bladder was in the top of my leg. My gynecologist never found it after complaining for 4 years about pain. I joked about Timmy the tumor needs a college fund.

It's my honour to speak with you. A lot has been happening recently, I hope you’re prepared for the storm ? Mostly the EBS, and the exposure of all the evil vile creatures that have done horrific things to our children?
No one talks about Adenomyosis, it’s a thing, but it’s not very well known. It caused me years of pain and problems until I went through menopause. I would love it if it was researched more and spoken about.
Had the same, take black seed oil ur uterus will repair itself
I take vitami d, k, nutritional yeast, vitex. I also take cinnamon pills in the lead up before my period and during the first few days. Now my cramps only last a day, period is lighter and my hair loss has significantly reduced. I was diagnosed this year with adenomyosis but the doctor pushed for BC. Main thing I need to do is reduce cow dairy and opt for goat milk as well supplement magnesium again. Hope this helps
Edit: Also switching to organic and eating more cruciferous Veggies and more fibre and vitamin E. Milk thistle tea is good too. Anything to reduce excess estrogen. Sunscreen, moisturiser all increase estrogen
That is due to vitamin D deficiency or resistance also. Again, vitamin D is a seco-steroidal pro-hormone and very vital to the body.
Was diagnosed with this. Vitamin D and DIM helped. Also cut out all dairy and sugar. Have zero pain now during my cycle.
@hey_kudisco_podcast can you let us know what vitamins brand you take and how much? Plz
Vitamin D is prescribed to vulnerable patients in the UK. Those who are elderly and cancer patients are given vitamin d by our general practioner (family doctors)

@@jaylenny62 I completely understand you. I also want to be mother. 37 years, trying to shrink fibroid since 5-6 years. nothing helped. no fasting, no teas, no yoga, tons of praying, nothing nothing helps. I show a smiling face. But I am pretty depressed due to this problem. I don't have heavy bleeding or cramps at all. I am jst 50kg weight for 5 feet height. I have followed all diet and still no reduction in size of fibroids. I feel betrayed by everyone and everything God, nature, natural healing everything 😒 I don't know what to do. I don't have any weight issues, no constipation, no urine frequency.
Have you tried Castor oil packs? Have you tried topical iodine, in general area(and internall)?
@snigdhabhowmik can you share more about what you have been doing for shrinking the fibroid? Thank you

My hyperthyrodism was cured with carnitine supplements. Look that up. There is a study published about it. It really helped me.
I love your perfect grammar as much as the interesting information you’ve shared. I’m definitely low on Vitamin D. Thanks for your insight.

In case that helps shed any light towards potential added reasons - good to know about the possibility with mushrooms.
can you let us know what mushroom coffee u used ?
Your fibroids shrunk along with uteros. After menopause the blood supply to reproductive organs diminish. I promise it’s not your mushrooms
Off subject but just wanted to say that as a woman in my 50's and post menopausal everything is dry, eyes, sinuses, skin etc. and for the past three years I was getting frequent bloody noses. The extra heavy bleeding not being able to find a suitable pad and the anemic is the worst part
I had a fibroid about 10cm in diameter. In my case I think it was psyho-somatic I think. I had to have surgery but in the months leading up to it I took green tea extract and they found that the fibroid was shrinking when they ook it out. I wish I knew about Vit D. It makes sense as I had always lived in Italy and I presented with a fibroid once I moved to the UK where there is no sunshine.
Green tea is good, I am drinking green now a lot and feeling like my periods are getting lighter so I guess my fibroids as well.
What did you do for ovarian cysts

For how long should we take this high dose of vitamin D?
My wife just had a partial hysterectomy.... Her fibs were huge. Golf ball size. She was in so much pain. Now she's feeling better and healing well.

Hi ya Dr Berg, I've heard that SERRAPEPTASE can also help to reduce fibroids as well, your thoughts?

How big was the fibroid?
Sorry to hear that. Hope everything is okay there.

Castor oil packs nightly on the abdomen works wonders to dissolve fibroids and cysts over time.
Thanks for sharing your experience and tips. Do well.
