- Welcome to this 25 minute full body yoga flow, where I will guide you through a practice designed to improve your strength, balance and flexibility in a mindful way, for a well-rounded practice you can incorporate into your regular movement routine.
This is a mixed level flow, I’ve included options throughout the sequence to make some of the poses more accessible.

Thank you, Jess, for this strong and both relaxing flow ! As I have a bad cold with fever, I couldn't stay in half moon, but however, now I feel much better : no more headache ! Même quand on est un peu malade, il faut faire du yoga avec Jess ! On se snt beaucoup mieux après, et ce n'est pas grave si on ne fait pas les postures les plus athlétiques... J'ai remplacé "halfmoon" par des "rag doll" à chaque fois ! 🙂
