@@businesswalks8301 I think the appropriateness of diving into a rabbit hole depends on the *type of content* that rabbit hole has to offer. If it’s the kind of beneficial, productive content that Johannes here puts out so eloquently and effectively all the time, then yes, by all means dig deep into that rabbit hole lol. But if it’s those cringey, petty, nonsensical and/or time-consuming hogwash that’s permeated TikTok, I think you have your answer.
Like with diet, it is better to do smaller, but permanent change. The x-day detox doesn’t make much sense if you then come back and “regain the weight”.

I just don’t bother to post on it anymore! Just say Happy Birthday! Only like photos of females if a family member or man is in it! Women generally take social media waaaay too seriously to the point that liking a photo can trigger rage or depression in them. I don’t think it’s much of a relationship if clicking on an image can threaten the other person to end it but there you are.

I enjoy your video, I think you can use social media, but not 24/7, maybe not even once a day or once a week, it should be a small treat, not some sort of monster constantly gobbling on your soul. Take care, thank you for a giving video
I'm interested in how it gets us in rabbit holes in groups and comments that are described as "communities" but it's not taught how to use social media to connect in real life. I'm not really sure how to do such a thing

I totally agree! I closed all accounts except for Reddit and I’m only on a bit and I’m so much less stressed. Thus us very good advice!
