3:35 You don't believe how often I say this here in Germany. To name the whole Netherlands nowadays as Holland would be like calling Germany as Prussia or Westphalia. Then my interlocutor often looks at me a little confused.
I think that the Dutch people should insist much more that they come from the Netherlands and then from Noord-Brabant, Gelderland, Limburg, etc. And this especially towards my German compatriots.

I loved your review. It was easy to understand and straight to the point. I just purchased it from Amazon and before I set it up I watched your video, it was a great help. Unfortunately I was unaware of the licence to use the software. They give you a year initially. Don't I don't know yet how much it would cost to maintain the licence? I will be only using it for inside and from your review it's just the ticket for that. Once again thanks.

Hi there, so glad I found this review, as I have been looking - not an outdoorsy person but you are great at explaining so thank you! I am wondering does this just fit on top of a standard tripod? I do most of my recording on my laptop with webcam - does it have to be attached to a camera per sae could it just sit behind my laptop so the teleprompter part is just sitting above or would that be too high?
Hi Penny, Yes it fits. The camera needs to be behind the 'glass' and I don't think this will work since this a small teleprompter. The screen with the text (and the camera in your case) needs to be flat like the iPad in my video so it mirrors in the mirror. You could use your smartphone for the recording.... Does this help? According to Apps, What do you think about using slides with bullet points instead of script?, to help you look more natural on camera as you don't read word-for-word and you speak freely and keep eye contact with the viewer because you always have the whole concept in mind, you would only have to mirror-flip the slides with PPT Mirror software.

Hallo Gijs, erg interessant jouw review van de Leeventi Teleprompter. mijn interesse is gewekt alleen vraag ik mij af of de software ook te gebruiken is zonder internet verbinding. Wij willen de teleprompter gaan gebruiken voor onze lichtjesavond op de begraafplaats.

Could you estimate what kind of focal length lens you can put in the Leventi Teleprompter before the frame becomes visible? For example, would 24mm be too wide for the Leventi?

Which mount are you using for the action cam? Does it work well with the action cam?
Hi Adam, Sorry for the late respons, I was in the middle of shooting a DJI Pocket 2 vid. The GoPro is mounted on the top 'shelf' of the Leeventi. The Leeventi is mounted on a heavy duty Manfrotto but it will work with a lightweight tripod like a Sirui T-005SB Ultralight + B-00B or even with a Gorillapod or stable table tripod since the weight is not that high in combination with a gopro. How do you install the teleprompter on the camera tripod? It is 1/4" scree, maybe 3mm long, how can the teleprompter be fitted there?

Do you know if there are any other software locally loadable on the smartphone to permit the use of the teleprompter without the internet connection (this one seems to be the biggest problem of this solution).
Do any other teleprompter software available on the market can be used with the Leeventi remote control?

Does the app require Word text or can you copy PDF format into it?
Hi Mark, I don't think that is possible since pdf is just like 'jpg' and scrolling words is not a static thing. I use different teleprompter apps on a Ipad and none works with pdf. But if you can select and copy/paste there is a possibility maybe to use the copied text. I am curious: why this question? Most that generate pdf files make it first in a text program. Or am I wrong? Its kind of relevant you are in for 12 Euros a year for the software else the remote is useless. Its not that long before you've paid for the physical kit a second time (and third etc)
so locking you into expensive uneccesary (given there is plenty of free teleprompter software) is a bit of a scam.
