I got sent the new version of their teleprompter and I have to say, they definitely listened to a lot of your key points and made great changes! It now comes with instructions and the license code is with the package :) I haven’t tested it yet but if anyone is wondering, the new version seems better!

I bought after looking at this review. It is cheaply made and flimsy plastic that will not last very long. Do not buy it!
