From the MG road Purple like station - concourse level there is a connection being provided to one of the entries of MG road UG Station of Pink line. this will be a seemless transfer not needing swiping out and swiping in.

Bettahalasur cross metro station could be built later as an add-on. Else, Embassy group will ask for compensation from Metro, with free shuttle service from Dodjala metro station to Bagalur Cross metro station.

Actually embassy back tracking is the reason for not doing it. After the initial MOU they have been dilly dallying on whether to put in the money or not and last article on TNIE they were not responding after multiple follow-up.

They sold plot to me 4 years back, informing Metro station will come up and the name of the station would be Embassy Boulevard Junction.

These metro projects in Bangalore officially have an end date for completion but in reality, most people in their 50s are not going to see them complete.

My suggestion is then, instead of Bettahalasur, they can consider a metro station at Hunesmaranahalli, since it is now a thickly populated area, and it will benefit the public there for travelling to the rest of the city and the airport.
Metro should also look at the convenience of general public, not just the aircraft passengers alone. And, though not officially located within the city now, Hunesmaranahalli still looks like any other area in the city itself, with lots of large shops, showrooms.
Many people would say that Airport metro should not have too many stops, but upto Jakkur Cross, the metro acts as a normal metro. There is nothing wrong in adding one or two stations in between the distance of 6 km subject to demand, isn't it?

Actually bettahalasuru location would have helped hunasamaranahalli too since it was near the Toyota showroom. Fir now hunasamaranahalli is all done and Even bettahalasur. They have told earlier that should there be a need for station, they could add one easily with disturbing an operational line. Let's see if people's demand can actually get that going

Dirty metro lines destroy our city. Good roads with lane marking perfect for developped city.
