PKG3 - NCC LTD - 15.011 KM including 718 meter cut and cover portion.
Piling Works Happening and Pier casting Picking up pace.

Kodigehalli Station :- RHS Pier casting in Progress. LHS Piling completed.
Jakkur Cross Station :- CC Beam casting in Progress.
Jakkur Plantation Station : Unsure
Yelahanka / Kogilu Cross Station :- Beam casting for Concourse and Platform in progress
Bagalur Cross Station : U girder Done. Concourse i-girders done. Platform i-giders in progress

Bettahalasuru Station : Unsure

Once this airport line opens 50% of traffic will reduce in ORR and airport road
Not sure, we will have a option to reach early but traffic I doubt.
There will be some reduction in traffic as the number of vehicles in road will reduce which goes towards airport
2-3 people travelling with luggage will still use cabs. Same with international travellors. Traffic will definitely reduce for sure.
No, to reduce we need to discourage cars
@@shreyass5664why? How many people will take metro? 2 hrs it will take plus so much hassle, everyone can pay ₹1k for cab instead. METRO WILL BE TREATED AS AN OPTION

Everywhere I go, infrastructure is always 'under construction". I never get to use any of them when they are completed. Because by then Ill have to move somewhere else. 😂
People in Chikjala appealed for a metro station and they got it. It is surprise, how people in Vidyanagar and Hunesmaranahalli didn't appeal for the same? It is really awkward to see metro passing through thickly populated areas and there is no station, whereas metro is meant for city public (also).
Why can't they give highest priority to Airport-Hebbal route? Once this is done,a lot of traffic on Bellary Road and Airport Road will come down and the cost of cab too will come down which will massively benefit people.
BMRCL should give Silkboard-KR Puram and Airport-Hebbal very high priority so that atleast travel to airport becomes easier for everyone.

Any what is happening at IAF Metro as it is supposed to underground....Are they drilling any ducts inthat strecth
So Airport line will have first above the ground island station?
And how will Hebbal station look like? Because 3 lines interchange(Blue,orange,red + BSRP) like kashmere gate in delhi

Bro... Heard from the news that , chikkjala station will be dropped. New station Allalasandra will be added and talks to reviewing Bettahalasuru station is going on.
Is it true. If so where do they have space to build the station. Already they have launched U girders in the path right!!
Chikkajala station still looks fine and they are now doing the first pier cap . I think this should go through. Bettalhalasuru and Jakkur plantation even if they do, will be a retro fit with additional structures to support platform and house all of concourse facilities in off road structures

Metro and Bellary road flyover at almost the dame height and the distance os very less. How can they accomodate platform for Jakkur plantation station, evn if proposed in Future
so far no clarity on this. If required they will have to add platform on either side and then house all concourse in offroad structure . let see

One is depot entry line towards the Doddajala / Airport Depot there.

Hi sir based on ur exp how u feel will the airport line be opened in 2026?because I feel the station work are going slow the pillar work is at good speed.
Also the works at Yelahanka AF station where they have dig up and do. 2026 mid is doable, since all system contracts will be awarded soon too.

I feel it will dragged till 2027 mid or end ...till now Ibbalur station work not started.. airport line was started 6-9 months after 2A.@@SunilHP

@@manjunathmnm Forget about China..even if BMRCL matches DMRC speed , Bengaluru traffic issues will be sorted..China is not democracy so..there they can do easily.. Delhi Metro construction is so fast..

K-ride is along railway track and hence we would not get access or be able to cover like metro which is along roads.

Not necessarily. All Land handed over, all clearance provided. It's the contractors who carry out the work. BMRCL has a full time MD, not exactly a problem between State and centre like K-Ride
How or why did you arrive at such conclusion. if anything work has progressed very well compared to other lines or phases done. what ever is pending is land to be handed over from IAF. read this thread on the numbers and you can see airport line is doing good too.
