North and East Bengaluru are good if you’re looking for first home. If already owning one home and wants second house then look for satellite area near to Bengaluru like Sarjapura, Attibele, Hoskote, Tumkuru, Bidadi, etc
Education and job opportunities are huge, healthcare is good but doctors are money minded. Infra problems are going to complete by 2028-30. Water problem May arises more if not addressed soon.

All these infra projects will only be developed by 2030 considering pace of construction of government projects in Bangalore.
Investment is always a long term approach...
I am sure things will improve soon
What's your take on casagrand as a builder sir? Good standards/quality?
CasaGrand is a reputed brand, they have done very good work in Chennai and other locations in South and are now looking at expanding their footprint to other cities of India.
its the worst builder in chennai... but they are hyped because it is indiectly owned by politicians... poor quality
@@HariRam-uu9hvthanks for your reply.
@@kishenmilaney you seem to be misleading to what brother?
@kaunsandeepkataria they have never handed over the projects on time.. u can't even legally proceed bcos of their backings... once u paid ur advance... u can't return .... their marketing strategy is all good before payment... but after they don't even respond ...
Sir, I bought an apartment in Bangalore in 2013 for 72 lakhs, including interior and registration I had spent about 80 lakhs and stayed there for 10 years. I closed the emi for that apartment in 2020. I moved to Sarjapur in 2023 to a villa, now I pay 1.6 lakhs per month towards its emi. I get 60,000 per month rent from my previous apartment. I often get offers in the range of 1.20 to 1.30cr from buyers for my previous property. Should I sell it or continue renting it out?
Hello, actually you are getting a return of close to 6% on the current market value for your old apartment which is decent. You must flip it only if you get a more lucrative deal, besides also consider flipping expenses while doing so.
As the building become older appreciation value won't rise much, renovation & rebuilding flats culture as like Bombay not yet stepped in to Bangalore. Final solution better to sell now itself 👍
I have invested in nelamangala...any growth here?
Yes, though a bit slow.
Hello Sir! Thanks for the informative video
I have a plan to buy a 3BHK flat by a local builder in Sadaramangala Main Road of Whitefield which is near to my office. Would you think this would be a worthy investment. The property is currently B-Khatha and the quoted price is 65L. Please share your valuable views
Hello Nischal, while the location is good. I may not be able to pin point and comment on most developers / projects as we first do thread bare study and then suggest & assist the client. Just incase you are looking for assistance kindly connect over WhatsApp.

purva bluebell worth ?
Yes, but do checkout other similar projects in the vicinity for comparison sake before you take a call.
What about budigere cross?
Yes, it is growing to be one of the most popular areas in North Bengaluru.
Sir, what about provident botanico?
It’s good 👍
Thanks for your reply sir. I just checked that it comes under Bengaluru rural. However, CDP road and satellite ring road is just passing nearby. At present it is barren land around 3-4 sq km. Possession date is 2028 start. Will there be any development around this area? Should I take this for residential purpose?
Heard a of lot of Water issues
How true it is.
Yes, sooner or later other cities will face the same issues. It’s time we citizens took the responsibility and started conserving.
Millionaires continue to leave India because they don’t see Indian cities offering quality of life they desire.
We are a developing country so this is bound to happen. On the other hand there are millionaires who are coming back to their roots bcoz of immense opportunities here.
Sir what about Attibele,Chandapura
Hi, Attibele is fast growing location, surrounded by farms, also known to have quite a few textile firms. Currently it is reasonably priced, though at a bit distance from bangalore, if it is closer to your place of work then you should go for it.
@@kishenmilaney Thank you 🙏 so much sir for replying..
What about investing in electronic city phase 2
Should prove beneficial but choose your options wisely.
Chandapura area is good if you’re considering phase 2 near railway station.
To summarize in one line - Invest anywhere in Bangalore...
Absolutely 👍
How about anekal ?
Yes, it is a major town and upcoming location. The future is promising too
AI ML will stunt Bangalores growth
👍
Amaravathi will overtake bangalore in 5 years , bangalore is overly saturated
Bangalore is already an established location. But there are few other cities which are progressing fast and Amravathi can be one of them.
Brother I really don't know how people are so dumb and trusting the state government in Andra would make amaravati like Singapore by giving so much of free schemes brother just think wisely from where did they get money to improve infra of gost city. I am from Karnataka I know how the government is struggling to incorporate money to spend on free schemes even though Karnataka is the 2nd highest tax payer in the country. Mark my words it's not that easy brother now you know how the market has been fluctuating for 2years.
FYI :
*1500rs per month for all women who are above 18yrars of age.
* For all mothers 1200rs per month.
* Free bus for all ladies.
* 15000rs per year for school going students.
* 20,000 rs per year for formers.
*Old age pension 4000rs.
Develop other cities don't congest Bengaluru
Good suggestion 👍
Don’t invest in bangalore. There is no water n shit traffic. Worst urban town planning.
I understand your concerns about Bangalore's infrastructure challenges, particularly regarding water scarcity and traffic congestion. However, it's important to note that Bangalore, despite these issues, remains one of India's most dynamic and economically vibrant cities.
While it's true that Bangalore faces challenges such as water scarcity and traffic congestion, it's important to note that the city also offers numerous opportunities for investment and growth. Bangalore is a hub for technology and innovation, with a strong entrepreneurial ecosystem and a diverse talent pool. The city's infrastructure is continuously improving, and efforts are being made to address the issues of water management and traffic. Therefore, despite these challenges, investing in Bangalore can still be a viable and rewarding option for many investors.
In conclusion, while Bangalore faces challenges like any growing metropolis, its strengths in terms of economic opportunities, technological advancements, and infrastructure development make it a compelling destination for investment. With ongoing efforts to address issues such as water scarcity and traffic, Bangalore remains an attractive and dynamic city for business and development.
Tell that to the millions who have called this beautiful city home. Every city has problems, I live in Melbourne which consistently ranks amongst the best liveable cities in the world. We still have issues with infrastructure, poverty, affordability, crime etc.,
Grass is always greener on the other side...
Investment is about money man
City issues arent always related.
Do you even stay in Bangalore City. Yes, the traffic is bad but we are hopeful that it will get better in the future with many public mobility projects like the Metro and Suburban rail being built along with the satellite ring road and peripheral ring road projects. All these and many more are going to significantly improve the issue overall in the future and surely would give investors better returns as projects that are located close to metro stations do better
@@k-map224 it wont brother, that is just wishful thinking.
Traffic is only going to get worse
Metro isnt that great here, if you look at the layout of metro here you'll know why. Not trying to crush anyone's hopes but traffic in the city decreasing sounds like wishful thinking at best. The streets are too narrow and the demand is only going upwards.
Disaster most polluted city now
Yes, but they are sorting out the issues and I am sure it will bounce back like earlier.
Waste ....Bengaluru water crisis alarms property investors....Most of them are investing in other cities....
Yes, but it still is the first choice.
The Govt & citizens are taking necessary steps to overcome this challenge.
People talk lot about disadvantages of Bangalore but these very people come to settle down here.nonsense
Water crisis can be solved multiple ways….it will not stop growth of Bangalore
Don't do any investment all bangalore real estate is fraud papers😅😅
I can understand your frustration. Things will improve for better living soon. Don’t forget Bangalore has attracted the best of companies and talent in this country.
Hyderabad is much better than Bengaluru, unless you have attachment to Bengaluru dont invest there...
It's always good to consider all options before making a decision. BTW we have also made a video like this on Hyderabad for people that prefer to invest there! Check it out: ruclips.net/video/-xTpqtmaATs/видео.html
Worst city to invest
Well this is the same city which has earned laurels of the country, with population the challenges also increase, I am sure the situation would be better soon.
