I recommend Sarjapura area for so many reasons, mainly for the returns one can get by investing now and wait till Bengaluru peripheral ring road, Hosur Airport, KIADB industrial park, Sarjapura metro are all complete and see the land appreciation then. Secondly less polluted than other prime locations. Have too many schools and can reach without getting stuck in the traffic. I’m loving this area already.
@@siddumurthy1734 Attibele is a good location but I would still prefer Chandapura over Attibele as it’s closer to Electronic City and from land appreciation perspective as there’s demand for housing in the surrounding areas. Attibele is more serene, less crowded, developing fast but situated farther out.

I don't know why Jayanagar JP Nagar Banashankari Basavanagudi don't rank for investment. They are some of best planned areas with better traffic management.
Yes it always helps as the prices appreciate, but just be sure that the airport comes up at that location itself and within the time that you are expecting it to, can be plus minus year or so but beyond that it may hurt your plans.

CasaGrand is a reputed brand, they have done very good work in Chennai and other locations in South and are now looking at expanding their footprint to other cities of India.

I recommend purchasing plot near Sarjapura rather than a flat. I purchased a plot for 1800 per sqft 3 years ago and it has already appreciated to 3000. Areas in Sarjapura are fast developing. With upcoming PRR, metro, proposed KIADB industrial park, Hosur airport this area will yield great returns.
In Bangalore- kadugodi area, a small builder has contructed apartment of G+4 floors, whereas bbmp has given permission for only G+3. Is it ok to buy flat in the top floor ?? I want to purchase for self use only. Will there be any issues that might come up in future ??
Hello Vaishnav ji, You very well know that something which doesn’t have permission to built is illegal, may it be a floor or portion of property. And buying illegally made property is not a good idea, only you will be a loser end of the day, so I strongly recommend to keep away from it.

As a North Bengaluru resident since 2012, having witnessed all then chaos in the name of development, I assume that by 2030 North Bangalore will be another concrete slum with no water and crumbled infra. It will be a good buy. Godrej does have a particular standard of construction.
Prefer buying land in Budigere if its just for investment and not staying. You'll get it for 2000 - 3000/sqft.

It’s a very good area, go for it, buy it before metro work starts or the prices will go up. Metro stop will be at Sompura gate so will be easy to travel to work.

Yes Varthur and Gunjur are regarded as upcoming decent localities and surely have good prospects in near future. Thanks to Wipro and other IT companies for coming to Varthur because of which the development happened. With metro being planned it will gather more traction.

I want to purchase a DC converted E khata plot in a gated community at Doddaballapur on Doddaballapur Gauribidnur state Highway 35 at 900/sqft. What do you suggest? I expect it to grow and appreciate like as its around 15-20 mins from Foxconn and the near the upcoming KHIRE project. Airport too is 30kms (45 mins) from the property. Its also 10 mins from the Doddaballapur town market area. Please let me know your views.

I recommend purchasing plot near Sarjapura rather than a flat. I purchased a plot for 1800 per sqft 3 years ago and it has already appreciated to 3000. Areas in Sarjapura are fast developing. With upcoming PRR, metro, proposed KIADB industrial park, Hosur airport this area will yield great returns.
In Bangalore- kadugodi area, a small builder has contructed apartment of G+4 floors, whereas bbmp has given permission for only G+3. Is it ok to buy flat in the top floor ?? I want to purchase for self use only. Will there be any issues that might come up in future ??

You very well know that something which doesn’t have permission to built is illegal, may it be a floor or portion of property. And buying illegally made property is not a good idea, only you will be a loser end of the day, so I strongly recommend to keep away from it.
In any case, don't prefer top floor as it has lot many issues

Yes it is a good location but a bit futuristic, depending upon your time horizon you can take a call in this.
I recommend Sarjapura area for so many reasons, mainly for the returns one can get by investing now and wait till Bengaluru peripheral ring road, Hosur Airport, KIADB industrial park, Sarjapura metro are all complete and see the land appreciation then. Secondly less polluted than other prime locations. Have too many schools and can reach without getting stuck in the traffic. I’m loving this area already.

As a North Bengaluru resident since 2012, having witnessed all then chaos in the name of development, I assume that by 2030 North Bangalore will be another concrete slum with no water and crumbled infra. I suggest do a proper survey of the markets for warehousing that side, applying relevant parameters and doing a self assessment, before you go for it.
