I seem to have these mirrors on my CLC w204 2009 aswell. Left needs indicator replacement. Any productnumbers available so i can order the good replacement? Nice video! Looks like the only one for this type. Thanks for sharing.

Yeah. I believe that you can find the aftermarket turn signal repeater separately.
