This is what the did is trained to do, it is what they live for. They get super excited and happy, it means they are finally getting a chance to do the thing they do, the thing they are rewarded for, the thing they enjoy. Do you know anything about dogs? Usually when a K9 unit starts giving chase you can hear the dog in the back giving excited little whimpers and yaps because he is so excited and ready to start chasing someone down. It is a chance for them to use the instincts nature gave them, they love it the same way hound dogs love tracking a scent.
@@justforever96 Cool. Then make it a game. Don't use them to chase criminals. They will be at risk of injury or death. The people that really love animals don;t use them for their own benefit while putting them at risk. That's a fact.
I'm totally against using dogs as k9.
@@justforever96 are you Dog Boy?
they should have unleashed the hound!
@Hit and Run 100% correct, complete misread on the puppy...he wanted to run and bite that guy so bad he was drooling at the thought. Gotta admit, so was I.
I don't get it. It's not 1950's when you can run from cops. You can never get away! Why even bother!
Meh, what do you have to lose when you murder someone. Might as well at least try
This guy's looking at spending the rest of his life behind bars. What's he got to lose?
except thousands of criminals get away every day
@@rumfordc They get away for a little while, definitely not thousands though
Lmao I seen over 40 videos of them losing cops your a clown
Awesome job Officers and Deputies. So happy to see all are well and going home. Thank you for taking this POS off the streets. Stay Safe
It crushed those cops that they weren't able to kill someone on that day. Such a dissapointment to those killers.
I like how he's using his blinkers lol
Force of habit. Muscle memory
These officers risk their lives everyday yo protect our communities. Thank you for ALL YOU DO OFFICERS🚔🚓
🙏❤
Lol only 3 percent of their job is dealing with violent criminals lol. Bootlicking fool
F cops
Living 25 minutes down the road, it is wild to watch this take place with such familiarity. Excellent work.
@@ParissaKhoury You see so many police chases all over the country, but it's just a little surreal to see it happen in a setting you're familiar with.
THAT is THE BEST K9 I've ever seen! Wow.... fantastic dog and handler.
I love the fact that the offender indicated at every turn I guess he didn't want to get into trouble with the law ......... 🤷♂🤷♂
Well that's definitely one way to destroy any defense and guarantee you're convicted of those murder charges.
The driving 75 mph to escape and shooting at the cops kinda made it clear too
@@ParissaKhoury you know he’s guilty of the suspected crime because he’s fleeing AND shooting at police. No need to question if he’s guilty of the murder
My heart sank everytime they drove thru a stop sign at the beginning. True courage!
13:25 That is a very calm police dog, most of the time they are very agitated and barking.
What a job what a job.👍 So grateful they post this for us to see. It is very interesting and exciting!
This isn’t even true. Because think about it, a cameraman on the door of car? camera looks like it’s on the outside window, where the camera man SHOULD BE, in order to get that shot from that angle
I watch a lot of these videos and it’s so eerie to see it happen in your town.
He's a GOOD BOY!! What a GOOD BOOYY!
Didn't bark didn't pull, just gonna lay here and wait for the man to tell me what to do next.
HE'S a GOOD boy!!
It's a good thing no one uses that bypass. That's the emptiest freeway I've ever seen!
They had it blocked from the west and east. Normally fairly busy, not KC, Atlanta or LA busy, but way more cars, trucks and semis. This was one guy that wasn’t going to get away. Peace
Very nice. Refreshing to see actual professional cops. Glad everyone went home safe.
Impressive how quickly they got a drone up in the air and how they used it to check the vehicle. Provides great recap and training video of the take-down, too.
12:27 What is wrong with that officer having his rifle so close to the other officer's ears? I don't think he would appreciate anyone firing a rifle that close to his head.
I'm enjoying your content, openess in plain sight, reality is always more exciting than the movies
Definitely
What a super well-behaved puppy. I’ve never seen such a quiet chill Police puppy. Mind you his handler was super chill as well. But the Puppy Cop wasn’t even on a line when they went up to the car. Not even being held back from wanting to munch on the baddies either 😳🐶
Fleeing from the police for double murder but uses turn signal…….
Force of habit, maybe.
My dog wigs out when I watch this type of content. When the cops start yelling, I just can't help myself, I have to start yelling along.
Proud to say I am from Lawrence Kansas. The officers here are truly professionals
Im curious what the cop in the charger dropped out of the car when he stopped, that was a pretty sketchy maneuver, not to mention almost losing control twice hitting the curbs.
@Bowhunters : They were moves to evade being shot. He did hit a curb.
that is called "evidence"...very sketchy.
Looks like something was out the window and the charger lost power
Be careful. You're supposed to have unconditional blind faith in law enforcement or else all the armchair troopers will pounce on you.
I rewound the footage. The suspect did shoot out the window. Hitting the charger. At least it didn’t kill the police officer. The officer in the car was diverting from the suspect car and had to drop out, possibly losing vehicle stability and just didn’t see the curb as it was split thinking for the officer.
The guy on the run was a much better driver than any of the cops.
Ehhh cops were better
Great Teamwork!! Proud of you all!! Thanks for keeping us Kansans safer!!
Brilliant effort!!!
The drone is awesome!! Makes the job so much safer!!! Every police force needs one!! 👌
Kansas law enforcement DON'T mess around. They are great, courageous, officers that get the job done. Period. This video makes me proud to be a resident.
Lol you give Lawrence cops too much credit
@@miahdavis8331 I was mainly referring to the troopers and sheriffs. Not a huge fan of local police cause they’re never friendly. No matter where you go.
@@marioaviles9582 the sheriffs around Lawrence (Douglas county) are worse then the city cops.
Ok, double murder suspect, shoots at officers during the chase, wide open highway area, and none of the officers on the side of the road lit him up? Must have very restrictive policies up there.
Well trained
Cops aren't the brightest remember !

Head on, 5.56 with a magnifier, easy shot. Even if it was just into the radiator (Which will disable most newer vehicles due to a coolant level sensor)
There was some confusion as to the status of the passenger.
It’s absolutely beautiful how certain people are able to shoot @ police and still walk away and be taken into custody alive
You are correct CERTAIN people. Why is this?
@@aliceaddison1590 Next time u see a cop stop them and ask them & come back & let us know
I think they took him to burger king 👑 before the station
Bro killed 2 people, ran from officers, and shot at officers during the pursuit but at least he used his signal right?💀💀💀
Dude pops off multiple shots at cops then says "it wasn't personal". What can be more personal than someone intentionally trying to take your life?
