I have the original NAD M10. It broke after 13 months and the company seems unwilling or unable to repair or replace it in a timely manner. The customer service is best described as laughable. The authorized service rep said there is a design defect in the model given how hot it runs and how often they fail. I’d look for a product produced by a company that respects their customers, provides reliable products, and honors their warranties.

All great questions. I need a phono amp and therefore waiting to test out the C399. I don’t need a flashy screen…..just great sound.

Why do some people prefer the sound of the c700 to the M33.…. How does this one sound compared to the other 2 and if I wait for the c399, will it sound like the M33 since it will have the same chip in it... If vinyl is important to me, I guess the c399 is the best choice...
