Would this also be the case for the newer modulating erp pumps
I will check a newer style pump and get back to you.
if the pump is running and how do u know if it's working well?
If all the radiators are warming up, the boiler isn't overheating and Delta T is between 20 degrees then I would say that the pump is working fine.
Can also check the amps it's pulling, that it matches what the manufacturer states.
Thank you .What range is "acceptable" on L-N
On working pumps I normally find between 135 ohms to 155 ohms however it will differ for bigger or smaller size pumps.
