    I did this years ago. Got some integra (91-94) rear trailing arms, and an SI e-brake cable to get it done. Then eventually I replaced those bushing with energy suspension. That required the use of a torch to burn out the rubber so the dog bone and bushing ring outer ring could be reused.

    edef conversions in qld make a conversion kit to go hydro gearbox or you can just use the d15b4 gearbox.
    As for mounts you can just use d15b4 stuff i believe just need post mount off the b4 and if you use original gearbox that and t bracket they just bolt back in

    Slowly acquiring parts to do this. Did the offset change much from OEM? Doing the DA rear brake conversion widens the stance in the rear, just checking if you noticed whether the EK rear setup made the stance wider?

    Awesome job as always dude. In the process as we speak of converting my EK to rear disks from drums. Actually doing the whole conversion to Si brakes to give me a bit bigger fronts. Thanks for your vids. Keep them coming. Question...do you find it absolutely necessary to switch out the master cylinder and proportioning valve. I'm reading conflicting arguments on whether it actually needs to be done. Any real world experience? Thanks again.

    • @hondajack8049
      @hondajack8049 2 года назад +2

      you don't have to but it helps.
      You prop change because rear drums require less force to work.
      The drum brake prop valve feeds less fluid to the rear to compensate for this so using a drum prop in a disc car just doesn't use the rear discs to there full potential

    • @TURBOTRISTO
      @TURBOTRISTO  2 года назад +2

      you don't have to at all man, but it will help but not necessary
