Sir, Occupancy certificate and completion certificate kewal approved zameen(plot) .ke liye hi lena padta hai ya non approved zameen ke liye bhi lena zaroori hota hai.kabhi kabhi koi builder ya developer village area ki zameen par project launch kar dete hai.village area ke project ke liye bhi occupancy and completion certificate len zaroori hai kya.

Agar CC hai to aap purchase kar sakte hain. Just make sure that properties are getting registered. OC RWA apply kar sakti hai.
