    Sir, my parents bought a plot, but chain of document is missing... We contructed house and every bill is on my mother name... Can it problem us in future if we sell this property or any authority verification. If yes, how would it avoided.. Please suggest

    To kya jab humare agreement k sath wo farmer wala bhi agreement lagana chhiye kya...

    Sir,my dad had purchased a plot of land from the seller and we have sale deed and my dad had completed mutation process long ago.. But now after 20years later we have got a 'Title Suit' notice from court..its a third party claim where third party is saying that our seller sold us plot from his area..third party is saying our seller and they had adjoining land... I hope u have understood the matter,so plz kuch baatiye abhi kya kare?

    Thanks for the video. I have a question... If I hire an Advocate to do Title Search what should I get as document that can say the search was actually done and reference documents
    There is a chance Advocate may also cheat just by giving in writing on his letter head

    Sir one property dealer tried to sold already sold land to one of my friend but caught during the sale deed.. Their was dispute and Sale deed was not final my friend has paid 20% of amount as advance online but seller did not return it what to do in that case.

Clony municipal corporation me apprived hai lekin seller ka naam mc ke apprived map me nhi hai. Jamabandi me share hai. Vaise seller nc se property ID bnvakr bhi dega. Pls tell isme koi fraud ho skta hai kya?

    Sir, does no encumbrance certificate provides us the details of equitable loan as such I have seen in one of your videos that it doesn't get showed on encumbrance certificate and what would be the solution for that if in case?

      Yes, you are absolutely right. Equitable Mortgage is not shown in Encumbrance Certificate. That is why you need to check multiple documents. You have to ask original ownership documents from seller. If in case he is not able to produce, the property could be mortgaged with a bank.

    We r buying property or tajmahal...Sir...Do u think is this possible to collect all these documents for retail buyers ... Although rera has all these info...But still no retail investor can have surety...N if any buyer go with this checklist he she may prefer to leave on rant rather buying property...

      Nowadays facing same problem... Builders selling flats by quoting nearing possession but actual site condition tells other story...thr sales n marketing team only duping novice and innocent buyers...All u said is right but very very difficult as sales officers has many story to encounter our q? And many things

    पिता जी ने ( गाँव मे ) 1996 में जमीन खरीदी थी, जिसमें रजिस्ट्री नही हुई बल्कि चकबन्दी में भूस्वामी के गवाही पर पिता जी का नाम खतौनी में चढ़ा दी गई है।
    क्या इसे पिता जी बेच सकते हैं?????

    Sir mene dlf ankur vihar gaziyabad me ek 1550000 me 2bhk flat dekha he 5000 token money di he aur builder 175000 rs. Registry ke mang raha he par wo starting me hi 50000 rs. Ke cheque mang raha hr kah raha he mujhe registry ke liye cheque chahiye...kya home loan lene se pahle hi 50000 ka cheque de du

    I bought a flat in Mumbai with co-applicant as my mom. But in registration papers (sale deed) I have signatures on half of the pages. But my mom's signature is there on all pages except one page is remaining. So are they valid documents?

      You should be able to cross question the advocate. Advocate must submit propety title chain and proofs along with title search report.
