Sir, builder is saying when you will give token amount then we will apply for clu in registrar's office and at present land is agriculture land.
I hope you did not buy it before the change. .this is another common fraud

You should be able to cross question the advocate. Advocate must submit propety title chain and proofs along with title search report.
