    To kya jab humare agreement k sath wo farmer wala bhi agreement lagana chhiye kya...

    Maine ek plot kae liye ernest money 5 lakh de diya hai. 30 years ki jamabandi aur intkal check kr liye hai. Clony municipal corporation me apprived hai lekin seller ka naam mc ke apprived map me nhi hai. Jamabandi me share hai. Vaise seller nc se property ID bnvakr bhi dega. Pls tell isme koi fraud ho skta hai kya?

    क्या इसे पिता जी बेच सकते हैं?????

    Please, let us know what to do once one is a victim of fraud! My land was sold fraudulently just by pretending to have power of attorney where no one checked the validity of poa in writing.

      You should be able to cross question the advocate. Advocate must submit propety title chain and proofs along with title search report.

    Sir one property dealer tried to sold already sold land to one of my friend but caught during the sale deed.. Their was dispute and Sale deed was not final my friend has paid 20% of amount as advance online but seller did not return it what to do in that case.

    Sir mere dada g do bhai the Dada g ka bhai unmarried the unhone taya g ko god lea tha (जमाबंदी मे ताया जी के दो father के naam hai) . Dada g ne 14 एकड़ jmeen खरीदी थी.। जो taya g or mere father g ne aadhi aadhi बांट ली (मोखिक बटवारा) जमाबंदी मे भी आधी आधी है । 4 एकड़ पुश्तैनी jmeen भी थी जो taya g ne apne naam karva ली lakin 25 saal पहले पुश्तैनी jmeen aadhi aadhi बांट ली(मोखिक बटवारा) जिस पर हम kheti करते हैं। dada जी की पुश्तैनी जमीन जमाबंदी मे ताया जी के नाम है । क्या वो अकेले पुश्तैनी जमीन के hakdaar है? मेरे father g 2 saal पहले expire हो चुके हैं।कृपया रास्ता दिखाएं

    Sir ji Mene eak flat Haryana Faridabad (Sarai Khawaja) me dekhe hai . Ye flats ground floor, first floor, second floor hai ground floor or first floor sell ho chuki hai.
    Second floor hum jis aadami se le rahe hai uske pass es flat sell dead hai but usney mutation nahi karwaya hai .us aadmi ne es flat ko 2005 me hi perches Kiya.
    Land records pahle party ke naam se hi jamabandi hai .
    Hum ko kiya karne chahiye ye flat kharid ni chahiye ya nahi.
    Agar kharid ni chahiye to kiya sub document dekhne chahiye. Kaha se document veryfing hotey hai faridabad areea ka . Please give suggestion.

    Thanks for the video. I have a question... If I hire an Advocate to do Title Search what should I get as document that can say the search was actually done and reference documents
    There is a chance Advocate may also cheat just by giving in writing on his letter head
