Dude, this rabbit hole is deep. I’m around your age and grew up on punk rock in the late 70’/early 80’s. Guess who else did? Noel Gallagher. He was born in 67’. His sensibilities are punk and pop based. He is an absolutely impeccable songwriter. He’s prob my fav songwriter of my generation and that includes Kurt Cobain. I’ll take Noel’s tunes all day long and twice on Sunday over Kurt’s. That’s a big statement but Noel writes about the common man and tries to put a positive spin on his tunes. His feel, touch and ear for music, again, are impeccable. Get ready for them to be one of, if not, your fav band once u go thru their catalog. It’s a fun ride. Enjoy!
If you had a time I will love that you can listen to the album who can you trust? By the uk trip hop band Morcheeba
One of Oasis's most punk-oriented songs is Headshrinker. I recommend listening to the Live by the Sea version. I think you may like it.
I DO COCAINE IN THE POURING RAIN AND I GOT NO FEEAAARRRRR

They NEVER acted like the typical rock band on stage. They absolutely always let their music do all the talking instead of dancing around like other bands. For some reason I was attracted to that.
If yer still just getting into Oasis, "Don't Look Back In Anger" should be your next reaction. That song is so epic it's become the unofficial British national anthem. But there are many, many more great Oasis tunes.
A big explanation for the stillness in my opinion is just that they didn’t need to, they were cool enough!
They let the music do the talking for them. They were absolutely one of the most powerful bands for just standing there!
Great reaction pal 👍🏻 I really hope you go down the oasis rabbit hole ,I highly suggest you check out some of their live stuff ,I recommend Don't look back in anger (Live at the Riverplate stadium)( sang by Noel) , Cast no shadow (Live at Maine road 2nd night) and Live forever(Live at Maine road 2nd night)
Hey man, since u love punk rock, check out “Bring It On Down” live in Chicago 94/95’. It was one of Oasis’ first club tours of the U.S. Tell me that song ain’t punk based. You’ll love it, bro! Btw, their live shows from 95-98’ were incredible. Liam’s voice wasn’t blown out yet and he had that growl to it. That’s another rabbit hole. The live stuff in the 90’s. Any of the stuff from Earls Court 95’, GMEX 97’ or Maine Rd 96’. Just type in Oasis w those names after them. You’re in for a treat, man. I envy u not discovering them yet.
This was their first single. Liam Gallagher is the lead singer and his brother Noel is lead guitarist and main songwriter. Check out Slide Away (live at Knebworth), or Dont Look Back In Anger (sung by Noel).
This was their first single??? I didn't know that...
@@31TV_TX this was their first one. Don't look back in anger is the British National anthem, Wonderwall is the most famous (most streamed song of the last century) but the list of great Oasis songs is endless
Try live forever.. maybe do some live gigs.. Champagne Supernova
Oasis - Champagne Supernova (Live Budokan 1998)
Listen to the Earls Court 1995 performance of this. SERIOUSLY. You won’t regret it. You’ll also get a better understanding of why they all stay super still
I never considered Oasis Britpop at the time. They are Rock n roll 😂 🇬🇧
Headshrinker oasis live love u
alright if you're gonna do Oasis, get started with Headshrinker so you get an idea of how hard Oasis can rock, and then do Stop Crying Your Heart Out so you can see the contrast....
Oasis are even better than what they might have told you, a gift from God ❤
Some good Oasis tunes to check out…..Rock N Roll Star, Acquiesce, Hey Now, Cigarettes and Alcohol, Slide Away, Live Forever, Roll it Over, Morning Glory, Part of the Queue, Wonderwall, Shock of Lightning, Roll With It….and on and on…..
Brother, headshinker live at Southend will blow your balls off!! Loving the oasis stuff!
Wahay shout out to DANTASTIC… I love it😂
Keep that ADHD as a superpower 👍
Thanks for that reaction dude
There’s so many great songs from this band
Absolutely man, thank you for the support!
Noel Gallagher (lead guitar and song writer) hates music videos, that's why a lot of them are "lethargic" or don't feature him and the band a lot
That being said, The Masterplan, Importance of Being Idle and Don't Look Back in Anger are great vids
Hot take : Oasis is like a good version of the Beatles
FACTS.
Don't apologise for how you run your videos and how much you pause, you need to be yourself, you can be no-one else 😉
No, ruined the whole tune. Just ssshh
For a start it isn't britpop, secondly, hard to watch the video when you pause literally every 10-20 seconds. No hate, just how I see it.
Less is more
