If I knew a franchise is ran terribly, why would I expect them to change? I’m setting myself up for failure at that point.

Westbrook played 78 games that year, so that means he went 37 games without Lebron and AD sharing the floor with him to develop chemistry. Yes, Russ struggled early on, but got better as the season went on. However, the biggest issue with the Lakers that year was Lebron and AD in their street clothes too much, which was ignored by the media and everyone on the internet. They tried to destroy Russ, but he ended going to multiple playoffs with the Clippers and now the Nuggets want him.

Lakers got Lebron AD in the last leg of his career to help him win another ring. That’s more than enough. They did way more for LeBron than the warriors have done for curry. Curry won a chip just 2 years ago and the Warriors front office has been treating free agencies and seasons like he’s already retired. No sense of urgency, negligence. Letting talented players walk and trading for a 57 year old undersized Chris Paul.

Why would a player that's trying to win choose to go to a team with a podcaster coach, old Lebron, his son, silly GM and Phil Jacksons ex running the whole ship. Why would a serious player sign up for that willingly? DeMar played AGAINST JJ lol. Why would he wanna be coached by him?
One of the issues from what I've gathered is that players do not want to go to the Lakers anymore. Outside of the current roster, there is probably less than a handful of players in the rest of the league that wants to be a Laker. Multiple times now players have taken less money to play elsewhere.

You make it once that's it. Even Ingram made it once. The inky player that was an all nba talent is Randle. And all of them are bad performers in the post season. So if you think that the Lakers could've done anything with those player you are a delusional fan. No one of this players have even the level of a donovan Mitchell or fox and we know even those players can't win it as the main guy.
