Thank you! I’m so excited that I found your channel. I love Ashtanga yoga but haven’t had any formal guidance and as a result suffered from major wrist issues. It’s been about two years and my wrists are healthy again so I’m ready to start the Ashtanga journey again!
I've been practicing daily yoga for two years and I've been interested in ashtanga yoga for a while but didn't know where to start as all the videos I'd found looked so out of my league. This broke everything down so well for me. I'm so excited to begin my ashtanga journey. Namaste 🙏
lovely start to my day, thank you. Had an Aha moment with your cues on pulling hands back in cobra and pulling the chest through the hands. Very much felt like a better muscle use and awareness of where the effort should be. Im a 3 year student of power yoga in Canada, this is a good focus for me on breathing and overall awareness.
