Although I hate the AI voice I really recommend this video to others. Especially the warning about the c12 Lauric acid is really important.

I thought the AI voice would be easier to listen to than mine but you're not the only one who didn't like it. I've switched back to using my own voice. Thank you for your feedback and for sharing :)

Hello , thank you for your videos! Have you tried colloidal copper, colloidal silver, or collidal zinc? I think they could help me with my issues and was wondering your thoughts about colloidal minerals

I don't have personal experience with colloidal minerals but looks like there is animal and lab evidence that topical colloidal silver has some efffect on Malassezia. So far I've found simple works best - antifungal cream to reduce the yeast and a gentle moisturizer, then get out of the way as your body recover :D

I put mct oil on my face and the next day woke up with scaley skin. Will try 1 more time, then give up 🤷‍♀️

MCT oil isn't actually a treatment for seb derm. It's just an oil that doesn't feed Malassezia. Use an antifungal cream twice a day to treat. You can watch this video about which oils to avoid: ruclips.net/video/0Ur-c6cPI9I/видео.html
Frankincense oil has some antifungal properties and squalane oil (any brand) doesn't feed seb derm but the best treatment for seb derm is anti-fungal cream. You can watch this video for details on how to use it: studio.ruclips.net/user/videofuQQFdSfA8g/edit
I don't have many videos but this page on my website lists all you need to know about seb derm: madamewell.com/seborrheic-dermatitis/
      Hope this helps!

@@madamewell thank you I watched your videos I do use ketoconozole topical cream but I cannot use it straight from tube because my skin is dry and it irritates my skin worse 😫....my dermatologist has me mix it with vaseline which I don't get the full benefit of it and end up on steroids which I've been on in the past it helped a great deal but causes my face to get red cuz of rosacea I have she put me on mid strength which I thought was to much for my skin it was called triamcinolone acetonide ointment 1 percent.....now with frankincense oil what carrier oil do you recommend because my dermatologist don't listen when I've told her about certain oils that flare me up how would you mix it the frankincense and what ever carrier oil u recommend.....what about calendula oil would that be a good one......I always look for ones that say antifungal properties I seen where emu oil was on to avoid but its antifungal and they have researched where it helps with itching and scaling and redness but it don't clear it up plz contact me at your earliest convenience thanks 😊

Try mixing ketoconazole cream with a gentle moisturizer. Alternatively, try clotrimazole cream 1% which I feel is gentler on the skin. Vaseline isn't great for seb derm.
These are the only carrier oils I recommend: madamewell.com/best-carrier-oils-seborrheic-dermatitis/
However, if your skin is already oily, sometimes using oil makes it worse. There are quite a few essential oils with antifungal properties (I have the list here: madamewell.com/best-oils-for-seborrheic-dermatitis/) but at the end of the day, antifungal cream is more effective than any essential oil.
      Hope this helps :)
