I remember putting off playing this game for the first two years due to the bad reception and it taking place away from the Shepard team. When I did start playing, I didn't really like the main character much, but the gameplay and the graphics really kept me in it. Then I started reading the little messages the team left in the crew quarters and appreciating the dialogue, even laughing at the little details of personality each would give in their responses. Then out of nowhere, Lexi sent Ryder an email pertaining to PTSD... That really hit home for me and the game just opened up from there. The characters and their interactions with the player and each other soon became the life blood of the game. Where I first distained the main character and their personality, I began to really appreciate their position. The gameplay is solid, if a bit repetitive, but more often than not, I'd just find myself roaming around on Elaaden with different people in the Nomad just to hear what they'd talk about. I keep coming back to this game, over the years I've probably beaten it a half dozen times and played over 300 hours. Pro tip: develop the M-25 Hornet all the way, put a full-auto mod on it, and it is quite literally the most powerful weapon in the game. Yeah, this game is right up in my favorites list and quite possibly my favorite game in a decade. Really looking forward to another iteration. Hope to see where the team takes it and that they don't let the internet steal their joy in producing it.
I finally got around to making this one again, this time using the in-game extended version of the Heleus track. It's been nearly 2 years since my last Andromeda video. I plan to do many more. Some of these videos may end up on my Wallpaper Engine page eventually along with many more.
It is an amazing journey that is currently helping me through some dark times of excessive feeling of loneliness and despair. So far in 2023 I've filled it with Mass Effect blind playthroughs. The soundtracks for the games are wonderful.
Damn... I mean.. You already said it. Helps me every day. Shepard and her team (family) helped me stay alive the last 10 years. I honestly owe shep my life.. Without her and everyone else's support.. I might not have had the chance to enjoy my 30's with my son and wife, like I currently am doing. I'm really happy to hear others are experiencing this as well. Never give up, there's always a reason to keep going. #N7 #Family
Not sure how to go about Vortex, 8 different songs play, but one song constantly loops while visiting, then a new song plays once you leave and come back. They are all kind of different from one another so I am not sure if people would rather me loop specific tracks or just combine all the songs together in one video.
The track is very similar to the original trilogy's galaxy theme, it's in the exact same tempo and key so the notes played are almost the same as in the old track, just in a different order to create a different melody
I'm not nearly as much a fan of Andromeda as I am for the OG Trilogy, but this is theme is incredible and on par with anything in the trilogy soundtrack.
Jardaan, as new species idea and their terraforming ot only idea of tech is truly and immersive, mysterious and magnificent idea of the game. Will see how they will be connected to Milky Way galaxy in upcoming new Mass Effect game. I think they just run away from Reaper's countless death cycle on long before Pre-prothean era destruction...Like 100 cycles or so and just flew to another galaxy
As much as I despise Andromeduhhh, I love this sound track. Mass Effect was a dream - it existed in ME 1 and 2, and it lives on in spite of ME3 and Adromeduhhh. BioWare needs to wake up grab the bottled lightning that is Mass Effect. There is SO much out there if they would just follow the rich lore that they already built.
The Andromeda was not good, not bad. It was an average game. I played I enjoyed but it was enough. I missed great characters like Garrus, Wrex, Liara, and I missed the military fleets. Scifi without great space ships is...like a man without penis...or something like that.

There was so much potential for this game. Too bad they cut the life span of this game. Wished they added a fps boost to the series x
This track is so comforting.
I feel the same! It wasn't a perfect game but I enjoyed the characters and loved the combat. ❤

I unironically love Andromeda.
One of the things Andromeda got right the most - music and atmosphere!
100%
This is my favorite version of this song bro!
Best part of this game
"We are travelers, constantly moving forward and looking back. Alone and as one. We have no choice but to try. For our insatiable curiosity.”
This is the one sound track that keeps me coming back to this game! Something about the way it sounds it does something to me!
Best thing in Andromeda is this galaxy map theme
100%
Finally a complete version of this song with extra passage of the theme. I love it so much. Great work and thank you very much for it 👍🏻👌🏻
This is so Calming. Definitely Great Sleeping Music.
Nice job 👍 here’s to the next Mass Effect game!
Oh I love this track so much, glad to see that Andromeda get some love.
Hackett out.

These are so lovely. Man, what I wouldn’t give for an extended track of the music playing in Vortex! 😌

The tracks in the slums, Tartarus are pretty sick, too.
My fav :)
Thanks 💖💞
I have been waiting for this for so many long many thanks! Ilove your content!
Beautiful 👍
Oh yes
Sounds like ME3's galaxy map

Why doesn't the official track have the 2:48 section 😭
Love it!

*insert Suvi's quotes*
Imagine what could have been if EA just let them freaking cook. But no, EA gotta always be looking at it with a soulless corpo attitude these days.

Average game is an insult to those games that werent broken af at launch. This shitty game is as bad as Cyberpunk
I loved Andromeda but I have to agree. 😂
Mass effect andromeda was such a disappointment but at least we got this song from it
