Actually I do, the RO said the tech started with the TIPM and he stayed on that path it appears. I took what I read and what my customer told me and put it in the back of my mind as I approached a no start condition so as to not go down a rabbit hole.
In case ya want to get to the point it's at 4:34 secs. Bad starter, tapped on starter and it started!

So the dealership didn't have the skills to diagnose a bad starter.
