I've been playing Holy Oracle Priest in early access & it has been very fun. Oracle adds very welcome depth to the spec. The only catch with Holy Priest imho is you're gonna have to keep that ilvl up in order to fight through high damage moments, but if its your main that won't be a problem anyway.
I agree, Oracle is probably sounding quite nice for hpriest mains but to anyone else - that's probably not the case. I still think it's going to perform extremely good in raids and I guess we'll find out soon enough :)
@@thelegendbehindthecow Yeah, it'll be interesting to see how it shakes out. I will say, I just finished leveling my resto shammy & idk if I'm completely sold on the hype. Having all the tools is nice, but most of the individual button presses didn't feel very impactful. In a way, it reminded me of DF Holy Pally -- playing a full piano just to keep up normal performance.
@@dr.zoidberg8666 Yeah, there's that with shaman. Every class will change once you get gear and while some require much more buttons than others... Kind of scared for priest in M+ with all the poisons and interrupts that are needed :(
I think it's only priest that CANNOT. The rest of the healer can dispel. Shaman's regular dispel does not work but they have Poison Cleansing Totem which does the job but it's on longer CD.
@@nymphia21 Yes, that's the plus. It's not exactly multi-target as it takes a little bit of time between the ticks but it does shine if multiple dispels are needed. Then you have to survive the next few until the CD is back :)
Yeah, that makes it even more of a nightmare to play in PUGs because you don't know if you are going anyone even capable of helping you, what's left doing it :( I guess it's going to be fine playing it in organized groups because you get to choose what you bring there but pugs........................ It's basically a no go there. It will be good in raid though!
@@thelegendbehindthecow nah , I will only be raiding on hpal with a guild. And I 'll jump on fotm rsham hype train instead of suffering M+ on priest even though I dont think I 'll be playing higher than ksm on 1st season.
@@danielfahimislam3166 of course it is. What I wanted to say is, that my m+/raid main will be hpal. I wont be doing the raid due to time constrains on other healers and I am exploring M+ alts. Good candidates are rsham/mw

@@vanguelisk that’s the main reason I can’t play disc, I pug most my keys and if the cadence of the pulls are inconsistent or I can’t find the tanks pattern it’s so hard to heal lol
@@Turdfergesun Well, if you are pugging, definitely give rsham a shot. I like the druid gameplay but in terms of difficulty when it comes to pug, there's no comparison between the two :)

@@vanguelisk Fair enough. If you are only aiming for KSM, it doesn't really matter, you can go with priest too. Should be totally fine :)
