Two other great songs, “Last Train To London”, and “All Over The World”. Can’t keep your feet, from tapping to the beat.
I mean you hit the nail on the head. Last Train to London from Discovery in 1979 was amazing and All Over the World in 1980 was also amazing. Might be my two favorite songs period
This was a great speed skating song at the roller rink. The rhythm just kept driving everyone more.

the fade-out of this song is reminiscent of the build-up to the final chord in the beatles' "day in the life".

Jeff Lynne and ELO never disappoints like the Righteous Brothers. Sweet Talking Woman is awesome also. Yr a great dancer! The gogo dancers were so cool in the mid to late 60s.
Background vocals and the violin parts in their music are always giving it the more extra.

I like all of ELO's songs... they also did the soundtrack for Xanadu. I recommend watching and and listening the soundtrack... Oh it was Gene Kelly's last movie. He was one of the great dancer/singer/actor

I like this song! The cover art, which I'm assuming is a spaceship, is really trippy! The song itself gives me that Close Encounters Of The Third Kind vibe! You would Turn To Stone after taking a gander at Medussa I would think! Their string section is Fire!
