It was almost canceled because of the obvious but they decided to keep it going and to say that it was a "release" of a certain kind of energy is simplifying it. Jesus fucking Christ, this may be the greatest tour lineup of all time. Mudvayne, System, Rammstein, and fucking Slipknot. That's like the kind of lineup you dream of, but you know it's too spectacular to actually come true.
Unfortunately I was born in 2002 so I never managed to witness slipknot in their prime plus I was born in a small country where metal isn't so common so I never managed to even hear about slipknot until 2019 unfortunately.
Hell yeah I still have the pledge of allegiance CD somewhere... Good shit. Slipknot was definitely the best, mudvayne and SOAD tied for second, American head charge for third and I can't really remember no one.

I used to have a totally bootleg recording of this song YEARS ago that I can't find *anywhere* now. it sounded like an audience recording and before they played it Corey was going on a lecture about being "born dead, with no chance for a future"... can anyone help
