I should check my 2014 s80 soon. I’ve never checked there. My mother started farming and drives there on s80. Do not understand why she does not buy another car, since this car is premium sedan not a pick up or any kind of truck. I do all the maintenance and she doesn’t even care the tire pressure. My Michelin cc2 is for on road not for dirt road and I really have to maintain the pressure not to puncture the tire on harsh conditions. I ask her to check tire for at least once a month, but she never does, so I do it once a week.
I have underbody component rust on a brand new XC90 2020 model...Volvo engineers in Auatralia tell me its normal for the age...14,000kms. I find it difficult to believe as my Subaru's with over 280,000km's on the clock still has clear exhaust and other underbody parts. Shame on Volvo's underbody paint quality and excuse they use!
