The best part is now I got to know where I need to focus to have the best skin and gut,
●Analyse my body's reaction to what I eat
●Rubbing my eyes in the morning really is not a good habit
    ●Less sugar consumption /elimination diet
    ● I will start washing my hair on regular intervals of time after knowing that it can reduce my dandruff (definitely gonna try)
This podcast has helped me to gain perspective on various factors such as nutrition, look for qualified doctors, difference between botox and fillers, not gonna do spa or massages from any unqualified non professional people.
Question: I need to get rhinoplasty done, what should I look for in a doctor?
Recently I consulted a dermatologist who is rhinoplasty surgeon, but I am not sure if dermatology and rhinoplasty are complementary things

What you said is the Most important point that the doctors are qualified & not certified. Coz lots of clinics have their certificate framed on the wall.
And she says you must ask the doctor for his/ her qualification.
    So authentic.
Thanks for this informative wisdom. ❤

I really like how she focuses on just the basics and debunks myths and subsides the fear created by many "Instagram docs" and "influencers". She simply wants us to go basic with hair and our skin. Love it.

The best part of the video is when she says shampoo your scalp and put moisturizer cause all I heard was don't wash hair regularly as it will lead to hairfall as removing natural hair oil and stuff this video was an eye opener really appreciate your efforts

Sorry for asking this to you but I think you can help me out, I have curly hair and it’s all frizzy and dry so I wash my hair until my oil was completely washed out so the aim of shampooing hair is about cleansing dirt or cleansing oil ??

THE BEST PART OF THE VIDEO to me is not just one. It's when you guys talked about "Risks of unqualified treatments", Importance of nutrition for skin health", "Personal skincare experiences", " Nutrition and its impact on skin", "Myths and misconceptions in skincare", "Common skin issues and treatments" and many more! it's hard to think of all of them at once.
    Thank you.

Very informative video.. i used to think I have anaemia & that is the reason my nails are brittle. But got to know that protein going down is the reason behind it. The best part of the video is when Doc tells about SPF 🧴 50 and how she uses SPF( protection) during day time and hydration & correction during night time.
This video points out how everything is related (nutrition, skincare, healthcare). Also, recently I have stopped getting facials from Salons and looking forward to get appointment with Dermatologist.

The entire video was extremely informative and useful. I've been dealing with acne for the past 8-9 years and couldn't identify what was going wrong despite doing and trying so many things.
This video introduced me to new concepts, such as food intolerance tests, which could be very helpful in determining what to eliminate from my diet..as I too may have sensitive gut. Special thanks to mam for sharing her personal routine and various supplements and their combinations for maintaining healthy skin .
I'll definitely try to follow these things in my routine now onwards

The best part has to be 32:00 when mam start addressing that now everyone on internet has an opinion on skincare and blindly recommends products . people really need to understand that products are recommended only after assessing personal needs and skin type which is definitely not universal. I hope everyone start considering their skin type and skin needs after hearing this podcast. Thank you for this informative podcast 😄

The best part of this video was the detailed information on sunscreen, specially blue light which is new in the trend and never been discussed before.
The second best thing is that it highlighted the issue of people blindly following Instagram influencers without checking their credentials. Dr. Rashmi emphasized the importance of consulting a qualified dermatologist who can assess your unique skin type and provide appropriate recommendations, rather than relying on advice from videos. This underscores the necessity of seeking treatments from certified dermatologists rather than beauty salons or spas.
Thanks for sharing this sir Ryan Fernanando

The best part of the video was actually the whole video was informative few eye openers for me were breaking of capillaries due to rubbing of eye, difference between ‘certified’ and qualified, washing off before applying sunscreen, sugar makes collagen brittle, excessive hydration is harmful & hydrating responsibly, walking is the best exercise in the world!
Not touching face even as an example statement was the best shows how imp it is not to touch our face😁 Amazing video thank you so much to both of you! Lucky to have seen this video🤩

Right from how your itchy eyes can lead to dark circles and taking precautions to not go to just any salon for facial treatments, info on botox and filler, scalp & face hygiene, best sunscreens for you and sugar in any form is also bad for you skin. So informative!! So many take aways from the session. 🙏

This episode is really one of the best takes out there on correlation between dermatology and nutrition! Loved every part of it, few of the highlights were
    1) Double sun protection (different types of sunscreen formulation that can be applied at the same time!₹
    2) Someone with lean body and regular periods can also have PCOD is an eye opener
    3) Its your birth right to know and ask about the qualifications of your doctor
    4) That certain foods can be pro estrogen and can increase its level
    5) And that scars hold your skin :)

  • @khushishimpi8041

The highlight of this video for me was undoubtedly Dr. Rashmi Shetty's insightful segment on the **Importance of Qualified Professionals**.
Her alarming example of a person suffering severe nerve damage from an IV drip administered at a salon was a stark reminder of the dangers posed by unqualified treatments. This story underscored the critical need for proper training and certification in administering skincare and aesthetic procedures, from acne creams to laser treatments. It's terrifying to think that improper care could lead to such serious consequences, including blindness.
Dr. Shetty’s emphasis on the necessity of expert knowledge in treatments like Botox and fillers resonated deeply. Understanding the intricate anatomy and technique required for these procedures is paramount to ensure both safety and effectiveness. This part of the video was not only educational but also a wake-up call to always prioritize professional expertise over convenience.
Additionally, I appreciated how the video debunked common myths and provided practical advice on skincare and haircare. The clarification that frequent hair washing doesn't cause hair fall, but rather helps manage oil and dandruff, was particularly enlightening. Coupled with the explanation of how overwashing the face can lead to increased oil production and acne, it provided a balanced perspective on proper care routines.
Overall, this video was a comprehensive guide to understanding the significance of qualified professionals in skincare, backed by real-life examples and expert advice. It’s a must-watch for anyone serious about maintaining healthy skin and hair. Thank you for creating such an informative and engaging video! #SkincareSafety #ProfessionalCare #MythBusting

The best part of the video is when she says shampoo your scalp and put moisturizer cause all I heard was don't wash hair regularly as it will lead to hairfall as removing natural hair oil and stuff this video was an eye opener really appreciate your efforts.and the video educated about do's and don'ts about body care, dangers about self medication and also about the crucial role of nutrition in skincare.

I believe the most compelling part of the video is when she discusses the link between skin health and internal well-being. Adequate nutrition plays a crucial role in maintaining healthy skin.

As a skincare enthusiasts I always follow my dermats advice always. After joining Instagram I started following most of Indian dermats. On 2023 I found you, immediately started following your advices. Have listened your podcast with Ranveer too. I try to share your science backed advice's to others.
In today's vdo the best part I get the knowledge about not to rush what's on trending.Always have proper knowledge and do things accordingly.Today's people can promote anything but only a qualified dermat know what should do and what not.
Besides dermat nutrition also play vital role. Dr Ryan's advice are top notch. Like he explains all the stuffs that should made difference. Thank you Dr Rashmi and Dr Ryan for this amazing video❤️

I don't really think there is this one best part in the video! The whole video is so informative , it breaks our misconceptions and as a teenager who is struggling to find the correct product for my problems while watching different reels on Instagram, I think this is the best video I could come across! The best part of this video is it did not tell me about skincare, it educated me about skincare ❤️

It was so refreshing to hear from two of the most revered Doctors of our country, that foundation of great skin, hair, nails lies in Nutrition Dense low calorie food and water
Dr Ryan and Dr Rashmi Shetty both intricately depicted that how skin is only a mirror showcasing what's happening inside our body. This was truly very insightful for the 22 year old me, who's had acne+ Post inflammatory Hyperpigmentation+ rolling and ice pick scars, to ascertain that I need to purify my gut to get a great brain and supple skin.
Thanks for this Dr Ryan, you have motivated me to gain a Master's in Food Nutrition and Dietetics too.
You asked in one of your podcasts that Why do we have only 1% winners like Virat Kohli? You answered yourself because they have complete control over their brain and taste buds.
I needed to hear that to be the Best you have to work like the BEST even before you become that version of yourself 🌸🌸

The entire podcast was awesome. It clearly revealed harsh truths and busted many myths which we unintentionally do in our lives. I didn’t know that Botox and fillers had a time validity and needs to be done every 3 and 6 months. Secondly soaps are not good even for body. I was also shocked to know about the hair scalp and the scalp skin being so sensitive and to be treated differently then how we would wash our hair. Also revelations about PCOD and diabetes and diet playing such an important role in treating these diseases. How the symptoms need to be treated holistically and cannot be treated just with diets. Awesome podcast Dr Ryan and Dr Shetty. 👏👏👏
