I found the best sunscreen to be liittlllextra riceberry sunscreen. It’s the only one with black rice water and white mulberry, which is good for skin. After I use it, I don’t get sweaty and there is no white cast. It soaks in quickly and keeps my skin glowing and hydrated all day long.
We can't rule out all therapies posted on media as entirely useless. Some of them are overrated, no doubt. But many of them do work. About 30 ml. curd with little honey, 3 to 4 Vitamin C drops & 2 drops of E do lighten the dark spots on face and hands in about 2 months as per my experience.
Please make a podcast with a dermatologist which is focused on brown/dark skin , coz many of products selling now are not as safe for brown Indian skin tone

Hi Raj, I would like to know more about PPD allergy, and alternative to ppd chemical. ppd is a chemical present in hair dyes and even some "natural" mehendi brands. In the case of a new topic, I would be interested in listening to dr. Tripti Jayin who does past life regression therapy.
