I think the biggest challenge for the average working class person is not money. Its time. We work long hours, look after our kids, housework, cooking cleaning etc. We are already exhausted and finding one hour to rest is hard enough, let alone excercise. I find RUclips useful. I found gym just didn't fit inwith my work shifts and childcare. But i do worry about whether I amdoing moves right or wrong, and terrified of weights asnot a clue. But just can't fit in a regular slot to go to a gym as i work different shifts each day.. Somtimes dsy, somtimes nights etc. There is no routine after 12.5 hour shifts plus housekeeping after that.

"Is your body ready for this?" is a good question to ask yourself. I followed Chole Ting's abs workout and got myself injured, my discs bulged and muscles got strained and it put me in so much pain and the recovery took so much time. Please be mindful and listen to your body. ❤

Yes, it can be very tiring and demotivating at times. Because while balancing work life and home you can’t do that much on your own. You really need to find something that’s on your pace and Pilates simply does that for you.

Reformers and Pilates are expensive. I love it, but personally I wouldn’t want to spend so much per session. On an average any Pilates instructor (offering reformers and other options) would charge between 1000-1500 per session.
I started lifting weights and combining it with floor Pilates (since I knew them and have been doing it for years now) I see a ton of improvement.
Being a woman, I think every single woman should weight train. My health goal is very simple: I should be able to lift me 32kg travel bag comfortably and that is why I decided to weight train

@@HabibaJibril-sj5wx You should be ok to fast. And if anything you drink/eat is under 50 calories and contains no sugar, you are considered to be in a fasted state. But talk to your doctor first to make sure and listen to your body. It takes a good one month to get used to, so start slow and gradually build up to longer fasting time.
