Hi Dr.Pal, I really think you are a blessing for us, please bring more people like this honest and genuine people who really care for the well-being of people. I don’t know how many peoples life you have changed but you really did mine. There were lot of things that we don’t know like the GUT but it’s after your videos I have started following the sleep pattern you had mentioned and started exercise aswell. It’s been three months now and I am so glad and thankfull to you because this is the best decision ever. Please bring awareness about all this topic ❤
One of the most important skin auto immune disease Psoriasis was ignored in this podcast. I eagerly listened thru the entire 2 hr podcast hoping that psoriasis topic will come up. Maybe because eczema was discussed.
This is true about the weight gain, i have visited 4 doc and all of them have suggested me to first reduce weight. I have initial phase of PCOS,fatty liver and deficiency. I am working out daily now and having good food.Already lost 4 kg and reduced periods pain and havent had any medicine.
Our understanding was that UV plays the key role in converting the protein (or some chemical) beneath our skin into Vit-D. If thats true, then will not the sunscreen, that prevents UV, prevent Vit-D preparation by our internal system. Already vit-d deficiency is so rampant in India esp with ladies that more than 70% older age group ladies need vit-d suppliment. Need more clarity on this one.
Yes it's true. But sunscreen doesn't prevent 100% of UV rays. It depends on the SPF which is maximum 60-70 . So we need not to worry. (Anyone can correct me if I'm wrong)
Its well explained in the video itself. And prescribing vit d for elder women is not for vitd deficiency, its to improve absorption of calcium which prevents or reduces osteoporosis.
@@khushh.eeeeee Don't you think that, when 60-70percent is prevented, it will eventually to 70 percent deficiency of vitamin-d. And that's a lot, when people already get exposed to less sunlight.
shes so correct with vitamin C. im saying by experience ...i got 10% vit C cuz all were doing it...i also did and after a week i had severe acne break out. landed up destroying my barrier and ran to my dermat post tat 🤕 Now stick to a medicated moisturiser and sunscreen. thats all.
please invite Dr. Navneet Tripathi - breast and endocrine surgeon. He is a very knowledgeable doctor and has performed my fibroadenoma surgery. I'm sure he will be able to share a lot of knowledge
The intro bgm is too disturbing and loud. It will be nice if that can be more subtle and appropriate. Otherwise, this is a dream podcast for me.. gut health and skin health by two amazing doctors. 🥰
So much love to both of you for such an informative podcast.❤ But I do have a feedback to share regarding the editing, it feels scary when the podcast starts. I remember I felt same in the last one I saw with Sangeetha Aiyer. These podcasts are so informative and helpful but when I get into it with those sound effects, I feel like this is too dense and I see resistance in myself from even watching it as if it is some dark episode which it isn't.
I wake up at 7 AM, take a shower, and then drink warm lemon water. I have breakfast by 9 AM, lunch around 2 PM, and dinner at 8:30 PM. I work out in the evening for an hour and keep a two-hour gap between lunch and dinner, so 8:30 PM works well for me. Dr. Pal, do you have any suggestions for adjustments?
Thanks Dr Pal for beautiful people like Ramya ( stay tuned with Ramya) Rashmi (dermatologist)and Ryan Fernando (nutritionist)on your show. We would like to watch Rujuta diwekar (world famous nutritionist) on your show.

Much needed one. Completed watching this video now. Suffering from melasma from my 2nd pregnancy almost lost all hope but learnt more about sunscreen and much more from this podcast thank you sir.
A warning about sunscreen, sticks and sprays according to Dr. V and Dr. Dre. Other doctors have said this as well. Skip areas or missing spots is very common with this method although they’re great for touchups. Same with the powders. I prefer lotions because they at least moisturize your skin along with providing sun protection..
A BIG thanks to both of you sir. I am enlightened on so many areas listening to your friendly medicated scientific healthy conversation. God bless you both.

Hi, Doctor you mean to say that one should apply sunscreen after birth , did you apply sunscreen during shcooldays and medical College , do we to apply sunscreen all over the body , Why is the male and female genitalia are dark skin no sun exposure, so as per your advise one should apply sunscreen on genitalia 😢
Ellam ok, but Dr Pal ji what’s this Aryan Dravidian thing she says in the video at 7 mns in, there’s no such thing Aryan race Dravidian race in India. DNA studies in India have conclusively said everyone is the same in India and this Aryan Dravidian is a mcaulay-left/commie/marxist ideology to keep us separated. Wish you’d pushed back on her, because you’ll come across lighter skinned and darker skinned people in every part of India including in Southern states like TN, Kerala.
