I just bumped into this episode accidentally whilst having a break from my painting a landscape. Gosh, I felt my father is back, my brother is back ,my best is back and my soul mate is out there though I had no idea who Madhvan was. The way he brought our asian values, our understanding of human condition, respect and love for our elders, that innocence, comradeships, love for adventure but with a sense of your own cultural identity ingrained instilled throughout younger days, myriads of specific details some are so minute may be even trivial yet so significant he just connected with one's most innermost values even one didn't know one had deep down! I went back to my poetry writing immediately after this as it gave so much joy and brought back all wonderful memories about my past! I have to meet this Madhvan guy though I live in the west at the moment! Of course Ranveer is such a great podcaster ,thank you and congratulations on your award too. 22:27 Almost today's child here. Right now I'm not a child, was a few years ago. A 2000s kid. Its a perspective thing. As I heard from this pod, I basically did everything a 90s kid used to. Kids from 2008 onwards have become the type of kids that are always at home, don't socialize. Not everyone. Not right to generalize it for everyone. Yes, it happens, but can't disregard the fact that there are so many people, all my friends, my colleagues, people who are close to me.
If you're refering to children, especially the ones after 2010, then you're 100% right!

I just didn't want this conversation to end. You could have gone on and on for hours and hours and i would have been glued to my phone watching this. Madhavan is my favorite actor. This was so refreshing. He wasn't even a celebrity in this conversation. He is such a great human being. Thanks for this Ranveer.

I'm surprised and amazed to have felt a sense of relatability throughout the entire podcast. Usually people can only feel relatable for a couple of minutes but with this podcast the duration just took a giant leap and the feeling stayed as it is throughout the podcast. Madhavan's words were pure gold and it's such a blessing that we as viewers could witness it.

I was not fan, but the music that some in "Harry potter and the prisoner of the azakaban" same like, but HP is better in way, like fluently basuri of krisna ,listen very good. 😊 Really,my thoughts, not fan of diya mirza that type, but the imraan hasmi and her nxt movie was little good yes good ok. 😊 All have the diff. genre , both r best their ways, 😉 I respect thats. Now things changes. Everyone have different kind of genre in childhood, now in adult hmm.😅😊😢❤

Ranveer, In my opinion, this is the best podcast you have ever done man. Not because I'm also a 70's kid n a diehard fan of Maddy, this podcast has given a lot more life lessons than one could get from a trained, experienced psycatric counselor. Truly organic conversation. Person of any age has got something in this as takeaway. Legendary indeed!

The best podcast I have ever watched.. let alone on BeerBiceps ! What a wholesome… Perfect… Inspiring conversation, encapsulating life as a whole. So enriching that you can watch the podcast over and over again - I wish Mr Madhavan would start, his own podcast channel - his knowledge and wisdom was far too superior for Ranveer’s questions - he said a lot more in his simple language than Ranvir did in his complicated vocabulary. Totally overpowered Ranveer.. he needs to be interviewed by someone far more mature and experienced.. Maddy’s personality and character and experience and wisdom and value system is far far more empowering and outshines the actor and celebrity in him.. he’s a genius already without his acting and celebrity status !!

It's the most therapeutic episode and speaks volume about the very deep rooted issues of people of our age and how the fastly changing world is impacting us in bug and small ways. His understanding and sensitivity is at another level always been a fan of this guy and his general appeal to connect. You need to bring him back as there is so much more to him than films and acting.
