I went to Rashmi Shetty clinic in Hyd for close to 6months in 2021. Midst my sessions, Within a couple weeks, she increased the price of a particular peel from 3.5k to 10k. WITHIN TWO WEEKS. No change in the product but all the prices were 2.5-3x and it was very recklessly exorbitant . She may be effective but she is way too money minded and she obviously treats celebrities and normal civilians differently. I don’t hate her but I am just putting out my experience with her clinic.
Well I do agree she will be money minded because she is not a normal Dermatologist but a celebrity dermatologist but what she said here can't be untrue because coming on TRS show she will not going to lie about skin and dermatology...
@@suzzz8599 Yes i felt the same, He vibe seems so off-putting.she does not seem to give a damn or care about giving value to to this entire podcast, i felt bore with her way of explaning and being over-dramatic which was unecessary
@@Priya24-n1z Celebrities don't have time for understanding their skin type; they simply go for laser treatments, skin peeling, plastic surgery etc. They also take supplements to improve the color and tone of the skin. Celebrities do eat very healthy diet and exercise a lot while keeping themselves clean, dry, and protected from the sun using high SPF sunscreens.
Just finished watching the entire video, and i must say no one could have done it better than her. Her use of words and comprehensive language to make the viewers understand about the importance of knowing the nature of acne and taking a holistic approach towards diagnosis and treatment(and not just merely treating a symptom) is wonderful. As a doctor myself who has been and still is struggling with acne and scars, it gives me respite that this platform brings genuine experts to talk about skin and health issues....Great work👍
For the past year, I've been using litilextra's ricebeery face wash instead of soap for the past year. Based on my experience: 1. Extremely smooth skin from the very first use. 2. Achieved a consistent skin tone with time. 3. No acne and pimples since using this product. 4. My face has a natural glow without needing any makeup. 5. After face wash I make sure to apply riceberry Vitamin C serum on face daily, it fades blemishes and gives bright skin.
yes it works as i am using it from 65 days now and seeing new tiny hair growing, if you don't belive check ingredients list as its all proven ones only
Great to see Dr. Rashmi Shetty ma’am 🙌 She is a dermatologist par excellence. Thank you for stressing on the importance of evaluation in a patient with acne. There is more to skin than what meets the eye.
rice berry is the real face wash..tried so many face washes but nothing worked as good as rice berry face wash for my acne....face feels hydrated and glowing after every wash..mild and gentle and is madesafe
I have used this rice berry face wash before and in my opinion, it's one of the top face washes I have ever used. The face wash removes dirt and excess oils off skin and doesn't dry out the skin. The reason behind it produces less lather is that they don't use sulphates to create extra foam similar to other brands.
Solutions for Post acne scars will be good topic to discuss in next episode because most people who suffer from acne will suffer from acne scars due to popping of pimples
@@meonlyme12 benodite clay mask mixed with apple cider vinegar once a week helps even skin tone. Also balancing hormones helped my acne. And I realized it starts from the inside out, so if I start eating bad it’ll show. But when I eat healthy vegan and juice it doesn’t happen
I highly appreciate her as a great dermatologist and want everyone to watch this podcast. It is a must in 2023 when market and social media are loaded with products(skincare, haircare, grooming and makeup), different skin doctors, this and that advice, people get confused with all of this and end up buying wrong products or taking wrong decisions regarding skin and hair and making skin worse. I wish education, right knowledge, awareness, wisdom, positivity and peace to spread in this world so that people make good decisions and never regret anything in life. This channel is really doing its great👍
I agree, so much of hue and cry on these topics and utter non sense that "experts" throw around is intolerable. Some sound, practical, hopeful words on hormonal health, PCOS management on a day-to-day basis is something everyone is looking forward to, hope you can deliver, all th best and thank you in advance :)
As a doctor seeing her made me soo happy , because every so called influencer mainly this shweta Vijay Nair influencer just prescribes the ointments like no one’s business these influencers need to understand that we are here with board certification and these influencers when we confront them why are you prescribing this without any certifications and she will say why the hate is coming from ? Asking her what is this also hate do a video about this influencers we as a doctors really want to stop them because there is something called diagnosis and differential diagnosis !!!
Pigmentation is a major issue for Indian Skin. Can you please ask her elaborate about it at the next episode. And this 2 hours was well spent. Thank you for the quality content❤
I have suddenly started having acne, this happened post pandemic. I come from a family of NO acne issues whatsoever! I didnt have them ever before. Not even during my adolescence. Now i hv comedones and also proper acne specially in summers . Thank u for this !!!! I m going to watch this !
Please go to a dermatologist yourself i suffered from severe acne for 1.5 years and even my family members had no acne , i tried all of the advices which people gave and ig which ruined my skin more ,but after consulting my dermatologist and taking medication, following skincare routine my acne almost vanished in 1 month
Same here. No family history of acne and never had any skin problem throughout my life, not even teenage acne. But i face pimple problem once after pandemic, it was due to water and climate change, stress also played a role in that. Major changes i made then was switching to acne facewash (ridacne) drinking kots of water and meditation. Hope thia helps
I never miss any podcast where doctor are invited ... the question you ask they help us to know more about respective branch......... or our body hats off ranveer❤🔥❤🔥👍👍👍👍
Hyperpigmentation, uneven skin tone & dark circles around eyes and mouth is also taking people confidence. People like me getting judged every day and loosing confidence. If possible discuss it as well in next episode with Dr. Shetty
10 - 15 years ago when social media wasn't around so much I think acne wasn't the big problem as much as today because you were not constantly seeing other people the same age as yours whose faces were clean and glowing, the people used to Just take it a phase of life and ultimately the pimple used to fade but now the constant stress of looking good in the screen, real is so much, and that's the reason also ours confidence has also gotten down. I have learnt from my acne phase that sooner or later your acne will go but don't sacrifice your plans for that, go to the wedding , go to the party go to people gathering have fun and yep someone will comment on your face be ready but don't take it seriously just remember it's a phase of life. Bye.
I can tell you the percentage of those who have clear skin was much higher in the 90's . Acne has become a huge problem in the last 15-20 years due to our bad lifestyle. we should not stress about it and now I have clear skin due to lifestyle changes but I have to say that my problem wasn't that big. I only had a problem of tiny bumps on my forehead which is gone now.
So I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was around 18-19 years & it was quite a new term back then! Scared the shit out of me but was then given meds by gynac which I took around 6-7 years & then because of the adverse side effects I thought of stoping it ofcourse with the help of gynac. After that I changed my lifestyle overall & I swear to god I am in a much happier place! My PCOS did subside after years of healthy eating, working out, yoga, mditation, proper sleep schedule & a lot of other things have helped me a lot. So fellow PCOS sisters do get your lifestyle in check & please focus on making it healthier! I’ve heard it’s not going to go away but it will reverse. 😊 Do get in touch with a good gynac to guide you & keep researching. This podcast has described the condition so well 👍🏻 Thanks a lot for such a good podcast. Has always been favourite ☺️ Keep spreading knowledge ✌🏻
Thank you for bringing Dr. Rashmi Shetty to deliver such a brilliant talk on skincare. Would it be possible to have a detailed discussion on male baldness happening for 22-24 year olds in your next episode with Dr. Rashmi Shetty?
This is one of the best and most informative episodes so far! The amount of knowledge and effort put into this one is commendable. It's such a blessing to have people like Ranveer who bring such discussions into the limelight. The information is so new and necessary!
This podcast is a goldmine for people with acne ... Its true , majorly i have seen the milk cause me breakout heavy !! Yesterday i ate 5-6 parathas stuffed , still i got no acne . But , if i drink a half cup of tea or milk i get bunch of acne overnight !!!
One of the statements hit me hard in this show was" if I knew these facts in my 20s, my 20s would've been different", so agree with it. Few actionable takeaways for me from this session was: - avoid using brushes - pokes ur face, spreads infection - look after and treat abnormalities like darkness in the neck area or lip skin pealing - adore comfort food like mloreans ganji 😜 - exfoliate not scrub - once a week - use softer granules - 3 basic steps to a skincare routine: cleansing, protection, nourishment ( licorice, calendula) - full body checkup - once a year Surprising fact: Effect of aloe vera active only for 4mins😅 New concept I learnt: Al therapy - would like to understand more in detail Few suggestions could have touched upon: - hair care routine - recommended brands for skincare - mentioned what was good for oily skin, good have also touched on what's good for dry skin people too Fav quote - "Healthy skin is the fashion forever"
The most needed podcast in india! Not even dermats in india which we consult tell about the side-effects of Accutane and people should know about what actually is causing you acne not just taking accutane blindly. I am telling this because i was once having the highest dose of Accutane and that yeah helped with my acne but emerged with a lot of other problems like liver damage, the antibiotics damaged my gut microbiome which caused me leaky gut,i have digestive issues, now i am having severe urticaria idk the reason i feel like a lot has improved but a lot has worsened too so dont take Accutane to treat acne ,by changing diet quitting dairy and sweet foods you can improve your acne significantly. When you read the information booklet of the isotretinoin you'll know there are too many side effects on the whole body just take a look at side-effects and you'll never take it
Thanks Ranveer to brought up her here she literally solved my 50% of problems about my skin from now I m going to her RUclips channel to get more knowledge about skincare . ♥️
hi, bhaiya...i'm currently preparing for neet..to get into mbbs......and i aspire to be a dermatolgist as well in future...this was pretty inspiring...thanks💛💛💛💛
What a great conversation with really valuable information about skin problems. I'm 31 years old and have almost 19 years Becker Naevus on my right cheek. Recently I've become more chill with it and accept it more. I live in The Netherlands and I feel the skin specialists I've spoken to are not experienced with brown skinned people. Sometimes I felt like a guinea pig as they were trying different treatments and experimenting on my skin. I hope to meet dr. Rashmi one day 🙏🏾
This 2hours felt so less, this was better than a 3 hour movie. This gave me all the causes for my problems till now. Also please ask about the shelf life of different skincare products and side effects of such things if used for long time.
Hi Ranveer. Great video on skincare. I am a skincare enthusiast and I agree 200% with what she is saying. But you know, you should definitely invite Dr. Vanita Rattan in your podcast. It would be a bang as she is someone who has already done a deep research on the skin of color and it would be really insightful.
She is not a dermatologist by the degree. But she is a doctor and a cosmetic formulator and she runs her clinic in the UK and has a proven track record of treating hyperpigmentation, melasma, eczema, Rosacea, acne in the skin.
Pls do a podcast with Dr. Brian Wiess. He is an expert psychotherapist and does past life regression. Would love to hear ur conversation on this topic with him. It's a request. Thank u.
Hair fall issue is also the most people are suffering post Covid n also bcz of hectic lifestyle so want this to be discussed on next episode with maam ☺️

You talk so much about your yoga based lifestyle and that it is benefiting you. Why don’t you share in one episode what’s your yoga based lifestyle, what do tou do during the day or in a week, how you shifted to it and how you maintain it with so much of travel?
So many of us get anxious when it comes to skincare & especially when it's our face, but I have observed this thing about my body that it's ayurveda which makes skin look really beautiful. There are less than few cosmetics, dermatologists recommended products which actually works on the skin. Thank you so much for this podcast. Stay hydrated, meditate, eat clean food & deep sleep advice for everyone.
What a wonderful, easy to understand, informative interview! Thanks for sharing it with the masses. The way she defined aging gracefully is exact what I hv always believed in , felt like she gave words to my thoughts. Please bring a second episode . We want her back !

Hey ranbeer I m a doctor myself a surgeon rather and watch your shows to inspure my kids who r in their 20s. Good job . I relate to your mom a lot as my kids have also chosen very unusual professions . You r my calming factor that everything will workout at the end
My exams were over today and I thought I would open RUclips to chill a bit and I found such a beautiful video. Feeling so blessed that i didnt waste my precious time in shorts. I manifest this . Words are insuffice to describe what this video give us. thank you thank you thank you so much.❤

Long 2 hr video but badly needed it . I wish someone told me all this in my teens but still it will help me in my adult acne 😢 I always wanted a dermatologist like her who patiently listens to my problems rather than just writing down prescription & within 30 seconds out of her cabin !! We need more doctors like her ❤
I came here after watching a short video where you guys were talking about sunscreen after 3-to 4 days I made time to sit and watch the whole episode because I knew it was worth it. I loved the whole thing it was just amazing thank you, Ranveer, for this you are the only one who could do this, and having power. skin is in hype these days. I really wanted to know the reality in deep, it is not how we buy clothes it's way more than that I don't have words to express my gratitude towards you and ma'am thank you so much, great job you guys lots of loveeeee🥰🥰🥰🥰
Amazing postcast Ranveer👏👏👏…Could you please bring some psychologist in your show to talk about mental health and most importantly sleep paralysis. Many people suffer from sleep paralysis but they don’t know what to do for this, I am personally suffering from it and trust me it is scary as hell. It would be great if you could talk on this topic
This podcast session has turned out to be a great blessing for me, and for all the teenagers/Adults who're in their early 20's, because the level this session has educated me on skincare is literally mind-blowing. Even though I've never dealt with these much darker skincare problems as Ranveer and Rashmi Shetty mam talked about, I'm still so much content absorbing this tremendous amount of knowledge, so that I can be a helping hand to my loved ones. At the end, I know good skin can make a huge difference in a person confidence and mood, but don't take it as a matter of life and death, because if you've got a skin problem, the Modern day science can help you solve it. Always keep smiling and keep learning. And, try to make yourself beautiful from your mind also... It really is a non-negotiable!
thank you so much for such amazing knowledge and information about the skin. And i don`t want to missed our single conversation i took 2 days to listen the podcast . it was like a movie where u want to hear what next .... so please call her for another good 2 hour session and add the topics like melasma, pigmentation, hair removal , aging and anti ageing and general skin routine for normal people. like who are having work 9 to 6 and then how and other work. thank you so much once again.

Ranveer, just wanted to thanks for this Podcast, I am blown away by the sincerity of Dr.Rashmi interview about this much needed topic. You really asked some good questions which allowed her to give us the knowledge to understand more than what sees and hear. Kudos to her for being so honest about her work. This podcast was exceptionally informative and engaging.🙌 A big shout-out to you for addressing this topic. Would appreciate more videos like this one & it would be beneficial to have content on hair care, premature graying, hair treatments, etc.(if possible) particularly helpful for young adults who are highly interested in these treatments and styling techniques.
Excellent podcast. Good to know Dr Reddy isn’t just about using Allopathy but also believes in incorporating our traditional herbal/ natural foods and diets
Thank you so much for creating awareness and helping the Indian youth towards balanced happy physical mental emotional and spiritual health and serving mankind and especially reducing the stress of doctors like me who strongly believe in going towards natural, desi and following our ancestors way of lifestyles.
This podcast reminded me of your old video like of grooming yourself, acne. And in this you are delivering an elaborate and best version of those videos.. you are always amazing and my heart fav personality ❤❤❤❤
In the next episode, please cover about the various hair removal methods and if they have any side-effects, etc. Also, Thankyou for the amazing podcasts. ❤
Thank you Dr Shetty and Ranveer 🙏☺️😊 for a very informative podcast. I diagnosed my two issues in that 🤣😛 Gonna cut down on insulin. I would love to have a deeper podcast based on skincare only and one for pregnant ladies or new moms cause so many things are not allowed during pregnancy so I want a Dermatologist perspective on it. She is genuinely a good soul doing a great job. But so many Dermatologist I know are there to just keep you hooked to them for years with a vicious cycle of diseases and treatments. They are not honest with their patients and create 2 more issues while trying to solve one. I am talking about great and famous Dermatologist in tier 2 cities. Thank you for this 101. I had a very bad experience myself with a famous Dermatologist. Today my faith in Dermatologist has been restored a bit.
Just got this thumbnail randomnly pop up on my RUclips. I am turning 40 in few days and I belong from North East. My skin is almost the equivalent to 20+ years old skin. I don't apply any sunscreen nor any serum or any expensive creams. I mostly eat 95% vegetables dishes made into stew, simple boil and oil dish once in a week. Egg snd Chicken once a month or none. I avoid alcohol, any soda drinks, milk and dairy products. No chips. No ice cream. But I do drink lots of water, alkaline water and black coffee.
"The stress of looking good ,is a stress itself" Wish people didn't stare at you like as if you were a ghost ,just because you have acne . Wish people cared more about how are you as a person , not just the face , colour, marks

I don’t hate her but I am just putting out my experience with her clinic.
trust me i didnt liked her vibe too!! i dont want to hate her but she seems to be problematic and sounds like my grumpy chemistry teacher.....

I have used this rice berry face wash before and in my opinion, it's one of the top face washes I have ever used. The face wash removes dirt and excess oils off skin and doesn't dry out the skin. The reason behind it produces less lather is that they don't use sulphates to create extra foam similar to other brands.

Yeah, treatments for post acne marks will be a really good topic!

She is such a boss of her field ..having so much clarity of whatever she has to speak …as a medico i d like to meet her someday as a …so much to learn
Pigmentation is a major issue for Indian Skin. Can you please ask her elaborate about it at the next episode. And this 2 hours was well spent. Thank you for the quality content❤
Yeaaa... I too have it especially after pregnancy around the eyes
yes pigmentation is big issue
Right Pigmentation, Melasma is a never ending issue … Have a talk regarding this & Diet for Melasma Pigmentation… Thnxx!!
I have spent lots of money but after pregnancy it gt worse 😓
Yess yess yesss
biggest insecurity i have these days..😢😢

It looks like in this podcast.. it looked like you were the one being interviewed..😅.. you were giving more info about yourself
Hyperpigmentation, uneven skin tone & dark circles around eyes and mouth is also taking people confidence. People like me getting judged every day and loosing confidence. If possible discuss it as well in next episode with Dr. Shetty
But Dr Rashmi has got all of these , like under eye puffiness, dark circles, two tone skin and discolouration. Is it a good idea to ask her ? 😕
Bye.
For some of us it’s forever never just a phase
I can tell you the percentage of those who have clear skin was much higher in the 90's . Acne has become a huge problem in the last 15-20 years due to our bad lifestyle. we should not stress about it and now I have clear skin due to lifestyle changes but I have to say that my problem wasn't that big. I only had a problem of tiny bumps on my forehead which is gone now.
❤
❤
Good point I also experienced acne problem but after sometime took it as phase which will go away and that exactly happened
She helped me in my class 12 biology project. Shes the best dermatologist in India for sure!!

Please share your routine 😔 Iam searching for a correct routine and getting tooo stressed please help me 🥺
Please talk about
1. ACNE SCARS next time. How to fix them economically, and/or at home (even if slowly).
2. Minimal daily skin care regime.
The best solution to getting rid of acne/pimples scars is use of glycolic acid cream. Use as directed.
She is very experienced. She told everything that i experienced from last 8 years. And you asked the exact question cuz you also had an acne
Please bring her back she is like a whole enclyocpedia for skin. Lovely session just so informative ❤learned so much today

Extremely informative. Request you to also add ...pigmentation and melasma issues in your next podcast with Dr Shetty- thank you 😊
Thank you for bringing Dr.
Few actionable takeaways for me from this session was:
- avoid using brushes - pokes ur face, spreads infection
- look after and treat abnormalities like darkness in the neck area or lip skin pealing
- adore comfort food like mloreans ganji 😜
- exfoliate not scrub - once a week - use softer granules
- 3 basic steps to a skincare routine: cleansing, protection, nourishment ( licorice, calendula)
- full body checkup - once a year
Surprising fact:
Effect of aloe vera active only for 4mins😅
New concept I learnt:
Al therapy - would like to understand more in detail
Few suggestions could have touched upon:
- hair care routine
- recommended brands for skincare
- mentioned what was good for oily skin, good have also touched on what's good for dry skin people too
Fav quote - "Healthy skin is the fashion forever"
I would love to see her speak about pigmentation and sun damage.
First time watched ur podcast !!! Being a medico I watched it and totally loved it 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Ask her about the best skin care brand ....so people dont get confused because of many skin care brands in the market...it was a nice podcast ❤
Yess we really need to know what products/brand gonna be the best for us in india .
This Dr answered all the questions happily and professionally. Thank you for this conversation..😊
hi, bhaiya...i'm currently preparing for neet..to get into mbbs......and i aspire to be a dermatolgist as well in future...this was pretty inspiring...thanks💛💛💛💛
Also please ask about the shelf life of different skincare products and side effects of such things if used for long time.
we will invite her again
Please touch on the topic Melasma and treatments and skincare @@beerbiceps
@@beerbiceps She talked about 2 things which are better than aloe vera i.e. licorice and calendula. Does anybody tell the moisturiser based on it?

Hi Ranveer. Great video on skincare. I am a skincare enthusiast and I agree 200% with what she is saying. But you know, you should definitely invite Dr. Vanita Rattan in your podcast. It would be a bang as she is someone who has already done a deep research on the skin of color and it would be really insightful.
She is not a dermatologist
She is not a dermatologist by the degree. But she is a doctor and a cosmetic formulator and she runs her clinic in the UK and has a proven track record of treating hyperpigmentation, melasma, eczema, Rosacea, acne in the skin.
Pls do a podcast with Dr. Brian Wiess. He is an expert psychotherapist and does past life regression. Would love to hear ur conversation on this topic with him. It's a request. Thank u.

So many of us get anxious when it comes to skincare & especially when it's our face, but I have observed this thing about my body that it's ayurveda which makes skin look really beautiful. There are less than few cosmetics, dermatologists recommended products which actually works on the skin. Thank you so much for this podcast.
