Further questions from a fellow Mangalorean :
    1. What should middle aged people do when the texture of hair has changed drastically from before? Is there a way of restoring the texture?
    2. Her views on the hair colour products in the market.
I started listening to this with some preconceived notion that this was going to be a conversation about botox and fillers. Dr. Shetty really won us over in a few seconds! Please just bring her back!

what a lovely, informative, non-intimidating, open conversation on this topic that even an unfashionable person like me could follow! and I loved the warm Mangalorean camaraderie as well.
Can you please do a session like this on menopause? how to prepare for it? what things to check for? Should one take vaginal estrogen? should calcium ,magnesium, Vitamin D supplements be taken soon as one feels any joint pain or muscle cramp? or should it only be taken on doctors prescription?

As a journalist i hope u do thorough background check of ur guests. This doctor who calls herself a dermatologist ( a post graduate) doesnt reveal when and in which college did she do her PG from. I have researched on her. Till 2014, she advertised herself as an aesthetician ( i.e just an mbbs graduate). No dermatologist would ever downplay themselves especially in PR paid articles to calling themselves as just aestheticians. Cut to 2022, she suddenly started calling herself a dermatologist. How did she go from an aesthetician to a dermatologist at this elderly age in a span of 5 yrs? Why doesnt she mention whats the name of her PG college. If its CPS mumbai, that means she did not even give a NEET PG entrance exam, nor did she attend a rigorous 3 yr postgraduate training bcoz CPS is infamous for giving backdoor entries to furnish degrees by taking money bcoz of which even NATIONAL MEDICAL COMMISSION derecognused that body. So the so called "dermatologist of stars" doesnt even have her PG dermatology degree from a credible college. Just ask her to reveal her exact degree i.e MD/DNB/DDVL and her PG college name and in which year did she do that and watch her meltdown @@FayeDSouza

There is a lot of hype in the western world regarding Castor oil for face care, in combination with frankincense oil and jojoba oil. Is it really better than Coconut oil used alone?

Lying through the teeth. Mostly accessible to most people? What country are we in now? What demographic are we talking about here? Sneaky way to lure people into another expense and so much women empowerment going on here. Where's all the 'be comfortable in your skin' and 'self love'?
Indians already have a huge complex, about complexion, insecurity and how they look. Great chat!
