Hello! How much do you press the pedal or do you just use your ankle? I already had 2x knee injuries from the swivel technique, though I was careful to fix my knee, but in vain because I pressed the pedals a bit.
@nigelic i do realize dude, i don't actually play jazz either.. ;) but i think it's pointless to play 16th notes on double bass over tempo of 200 or 220 bpm top... that's my opinion
This is fucking insane. If you don't mind me being a dick, I noticed you didn't show the "start" with 300 and above. Are you still working at getting the first few strokes, because I konw at top speed that's hard for me.
You must not own an electric set. or at the very least you must be using a poor quality kick pad because I've got a Roland KD-9 and the only problem stemming from rebound is on account of my own lack of skill, not the construction or material of the kick pad.
I can do that too but with heel toe. Once you find your method and stick with it, it actually becomes pretty easy, and a lot more fun. :-)
