Watching y'all walk side by side is the best. Same sway and all! Didn't know about this place, very cool. Hope you and Bonnie are crushing it this summer! Blessings!

When I moved to Idaho, I didn't have my driver's license. We were living by the Kroc center. I rode my bike downtown to work for a resort based company. My husband was picking me and my bike up after dark. I also rode up into CdA place for a couple babysitting jobs and interviews. Those trails would also be great for a family's teen/early 20s to go to work without needing as many rides/borrow car from the parents or a couple like my husband and I where someone rides their bike to work to get by on one car. We moved into an apartment near my husband's work. Now I work up in Athol/Careywood.

Ratio of Blue Line flags to Love Lives Here signs? That's how I choose my neighborhoods! haha. Great video guys, very informative as we've come to expect from Martinelli.

Great video guys! I’ve lived in CDA Place for nearly 19 years now, and it’s a great place (even for us empty nesters). Kade was correct - you can make it to Riverstone & parts of downtown on the bike trail in 10-12 minutes.

It took me 23 minutes from the Kroc center to the resort in the summer, but in the winter it could take 45 minutes because the tires act funny in the cold.

Kory, first of all your son looks just like you.. HA. My wife and I are going to move to Idaho this next spring from northern California by the Oregon border. We have been on vacation in Idaho 4 times in the last 5 years and never been any farther north than Saint Maries so far. It's to bad the Coeur d' Alene is way out of our range and it's too big. My wife and I have lived in small towns (3000 and under) all of our lives and big cities are not in our plan. How far south do you have listings? Chris

Ha..yeah he is a chip off the old block for sure. Totally get it about the price range and size of CdA. You just have to know what you can live without the further south you go. Between St Maries and CdA ( and hour apart) there is nothing. St Maries has all the basic needs except specialty doctors, bigger box stores, work and young family programs and events. For any of these, you will be driving at lest an hour to CdA and 1.5 hours to Spokane. We do service as far south as St Maries for anything other than raw land. Great question.
