  • Join us for a full video tour of beautiful downtown Coeur d' Alene, located in North Idaho.
First, we start off by driving down Sherman Avenue, the main strip in downtown, where you will see the local "mom an pop shops" where people love to support the local culture of Coeur d' Alene Idaho. During the tour, you will see locals and tourist walking around downtown enjoying the scenery.
After passing through downtown Coeur d' Alene Idaho, we head over the North Idaho College Campus and the Dike Road that runs along Lake Coeur d' Alene and The Spokane River. During this time you will see the beautiful beaches that Coeur d' Alene has to offer.

Your video is tempting me to move from far north California! Our fuel is 4.49, while yours, 3.99. Geez! Yes, I prefer the mom/pop places of any town; if there just weren't such things as chain restaurants, and chain stores. We've been high temps over a hundred many times this summer, so much so, many vegetable garden plants will not pollinate. Even the bees are discouraged! I see your area certainly has a lot of trees downtown. Makes things so inviting and pleasant, thus so many people out and about everywhere. You automatically know, it can't be in the hundreds! Thanks for a welcoming video!

Thanks Elizabeth. Ironically, we had our fist temp of 100 today here. We don't get many of them so before I get to complaining too much about the heat, it is good to remind myself with stories like yours of how blessed we are. I even hear places like Phoenix have had large runs of 110+ degree days...No thank you!

Great tour!!. The problem is that more people will want to move here. The traffic on Government and 95 is getting worse. Because of all of the buildings that are going up. I can't wait to see what happens after Lancaster and Government building gets completed.

Was this filmed on a weekday? If this is tourist season on a weekend it’s not over crowded at all and I would have thought it would be triple the amount of people 😂

It was a Saturday. The vintage boat show is not as popular as a the car show, Iron Man or fourth of July.

It will tip-toe in around May, but the 80s start consistently in June.

I grew up in that area , Thanks to the influx of California's in the late 80s and early 90s North Idaho is too expensive to live now Used to be a very nice quiet logging town hidden away from all the trash..but greed won.

I know! That's what I was thinking and I don't even live there. I've read horror stories about people moving to Montana with their "new" ways; awful ways, and it changes things so much. No more good 'ole boys any more.
