Thank you, Kory! lol! The Costco analogy is something to which everyone can relate. So, if I want the most affordable foothold into the North Idaho market, I’ll want a home outside the 30 minute travel zone, two or more stories with no garage or RV parking. How many of those are on the market? Ha!

Another great post Kory, I love the way you put up the stats on your area. We are within weeks from putting our house on the market and getting out of California and to Idaho. If my wife would let me look for something to buy in your neck of the woods, I would put you and your team at the top of my list for sure. I want to be up in the panhandle but my wife has the fear of Loins, Tigers, and Bears OH MY...HA. So as the saying goes, Happy Wife, Happy Life.
