Indian Meadows was built in the 60s and 70s. Our house was built in '74 and we were one of the last ones in there. Coeur Terre is going to kill the neighborhood. EVERYONE is going to cut through from Post Falls - Atlas and Huetter are already congested as hell and going to get worse. Wouldn't buy there today, values are surely going down.
