They don't take care of their people the healthcare is trash they have the lowest educational rating in the country. It is a beautiful place to live if you've got the money and you don't mind the racism.

Great information on the waterfront homes when you were driving on Atlas Road by Doma coffee shop I noticed a couple huge townhomes already are up for sale, on Atlas Road Is that because across the street they’re staring at the windows and living rooms of the massive apartment complex surrounding that area?? my wife and I were looking at those $3 million townhomes you were talking about for my daughter and her husband who live in London, but what concerned us was on the backside and all around that beautiful area is a massive apartment complex being built and people must notice, we explain this to my daughter and her husband and they felt it wasn’t worth spending three to $5 million knowing that there’s so many apartments with so many people living around there and no privacy looking out their windows into the apartments and just all those people that live in the apartments walking around for safety reasons too even though they’re high end, how do you guys feel about that?

I've heard those road names butchered a few times. :) We also refer to the freeway as "Eye-90", and highways are just the number, or sometimes "highway 53" if feeling verbose. Anyone have an opinion on Neider? I've heard it pronounced a few different ways. lol

Idaho born, Post Falls raised, have always called it "Qwemlin," though city council website does list the other pronunciation. I think we've all agreed to disagree.

So i've watched several of your vids on N. Idaho,, cause I was thinking that was where I'd move to. Leaving rural mountainous Colorado after 47 years cause I'm now surrounded by millions of people and a sea of houses which used to be open spaces.. BUT, from your vids I'm getting the idea this North Idaho area is next to be 'californiaized' and flooded with people, yuppy's and million dollar homes.. Where in North Idaho can I go to get 10-20 acres, and be far away from people, shoot guns off my back patio, see NO golf courses or Tesla cars.. I can be 1.5 hours to a costco for once a month trips. And then maybe 35 mins from a small town grocery stop. full time access not snowmobiling in..?

North idaho is no longer small town living. Tell the truth. Winters are horrible. Traffic bad now. Drugs. Murders. Shootings. Yall keep that quiet dont ya? Yeah.. plus u need $500-$600K for a normal house in a development. Most have hoa's.

I despise liberals so Coeur d' Alene is right for me!! Conservatives are WHY I'm moving there, to be around other far right conservatives, I'll do everything I can to make liberals want to leave. Lack of diversity is another HUGE PLUS why I LOVE Coeur d' Alene!!! Not much opportunites for higher learning? YES!! Not so many younger people around!! YES YES YES!! Limited Job opportunities, YES!! I won't be working so less jobs mean less people, YES!! High cost of living?? I'm leaving Seattle which is one of the most expensive cities to live in, living cost in Coeur d'Alene is MUCH cheaper than Seattle, another plus! Harsh winters? I LOVE SNOW and I ski, snow also keeps the rotten drivers off the road, with my 4wd new 4Runner I can get anywhere. Limited cultural activities, who care, again that fact will hopefully keep people away, crowded Summers? Try Seattle in the Summer, it's got to be much worse than Coeur d'Alene, if I want to go camping or hiking I'll just drive 50 to 100 miles away and do it there. Limited public transportation, another PLUS!, hopefully that also keeps people away! Limited nightlife, another plus that will hopefully keep young people away. Thank you for the video telling me why I want to live there.

My sister lives in Coeur d'Alene and she says ya'll real estate agents have made a mess of that area. Nice Denali. Yes, you all have made a killing selling off the Idahoan people. I'm sure by now you I am not a proponant of ruining the land. It's called greed. The people that have lived in Couer d'Alene can't afford a home because of the building for the Californians. They sell their homes in CA making millions then come to Idaho and ruin the areas.

Moving back to coeur d Alene Idaho after being away for 4 years im coming back in less than two years and I’m so ready!!😊😊 I’ve missed Idaho so damn much. It’s the most beautiful state in the country. And my family loves coming to visit and go to the coffee shop right in down town every morning and walk to the lake at night whenever they visit😊

I have a suggestion for a future video that I know would be of great benefit to those newly moving to Idaho, including me! There are a number of things you need to take care of when you move to ensure you are following the laws of Idaho, such as getting your drivers license, which means taking a written test in Idaho. What about registration of ATVs, boats, trailers, etc.? Where do you go to get these things done? I think a detailed video of this subject would help a lot of people. Thank you for considering.

I am from El Paso, Texas next to Ciudad Juarez, Mexico...my oldest son has been living in Couer d'Alene for 4 years or so with my beautiful daughter in law...I miss him so much. He got married in 2022 and me and my youngest son flew to Spokane took an Uber to Couer d'Alene ...very beautiful city. My first & only grandson right now was born January 14,2024 over there...I'm so far, but I will visit this summer.. Much love from El Paso, Texas, USA. ❤
