    Well done Brianna! Very clear explanation and demonstration. I like that you brought attention to the block that "lost points" due to the fabric colour matching. It demonstrated what to avoid when stacking the fabric. 👌💟

    My daughter and her husband are in the military and I would love to make this for them. Especially a crib blanket once they decide to have kids.

    Next time remove spray bottle at the end of stitching the block so the viewer can see the end results.
    You did a great job of section by section instructions.

    Thank you for this video of a really fun quilt. The only thing I will do differently is to make the setting triangles using a method that results in straight- of-grain outside edges.

    I actually watched the 10x10 quilt demo with sashing, and as a newbie to quilting, I found it EXTREMELY helpful. You explained everything wonderfully. If you can direct me to how to put it all together with batting and backing, that would be great. I just finished my first quilted/machine embroidered table runner and absolutely loved the process. My head is definitely rolling with ideas.

    I made one years ago with a group, we used small plaids. Our Star was pieced too.
    Wow, I love your way of cutting. I made it long ago and will look at it. I remember cutting and sewing the pieces, but, will check if it was done your way. I love your way. Simple looking.

    If you sit up higher/raise your chair seat you won't have to raise your arms/shoulders each time you reach. This is a neat/cool block--thanks for demo'ing it!!

    Oh my goodness! This is so much easier than I thought it would be. I can't wait to use your template and make at least one of these. You did a great job in showing us how to make this block and gave all the details I would want to hear and know about so that I would be able to make this in jiffy and without any problems.     Oh My! I have the Lady Liberty quilt pattern from Janet but could never figure out how she was making the blocks. I would love it if you guys did a sew along on one of her quilts so I can understand this style of piecing. This was incredibly helpful.

    I have been trying to figure out what to do with a patriotic layer cake I have had for years. I am definitely going to try this method with it. Thanks for explaining it so well. Really appreciate it. I will be getting up a lot since my sewing station is across the room and I don’t have room to put it next to my machine.

    Because of space constraints, my ironing board is in another room from my sewing, so I have to get up from my sewing to go iron. Since I have neuropathy in both legs and feet, it is good for me to get off my …and go iron….not time saving but healthier for me. God always has a plan. Love your star but I am not there yet…just starting. Love your group.
