This was a good quick one, really enjoyed it, followed it up with your avoid runners knee workout, and then quickly did 4 sets of pushups. Good strength day thanks as always. I'm noticing a huge improvement in running and everyday life with your workouts. They are also very easy to follow along with and very convenient to fit in throughout the day making it impossible for excuses.
Great to hear Brian, thats just as I planned them. To be concise yet challenging! You are on fire with your consistency so theres no wonder you are feeling stronger, you put the hard work in with the strength sessions and you get rewarded with a stronger more resilient body well done 🙌
