    Thank you again Ash!! I really enjoyed this flow practice! I teach a weekly Vinyasa class and I never thought of repeating this warrior flow on the same side multiple times…Pure Gold! Thanks, I’ll definitely be incorporating it into my next week’s class! Keep up the awesome work! You’ve really made a big impact in the way I run. I feel more focused and goal oriented.

    Thanks once again! I’m not much into yoga, but this routine was a nice morning warm up on my rest day! I’m now just watching your videos for my stretching and they definitely make running more fun! They always leave me feeling good, because you not only pay attention to the body but also to the mind. Keep the videos coming please !! 🥳

    This morning I was in dire need of a morning stretch. I clicked on a very popular yoga channel and by 6:17 I was instructed that I was inside a cosmic egg preparing to rebirth myself into new beginnings. I just wanted a little stretch! Thank you for keeping the rhetoric to a minimum but reminding me to smile. This to me is the epitome of a yoga session designed for everyone. Namaste

      😂 this comment really made me smile, I love your view on life seems very similar to mine. I didn't relate to that side of yoga too, I always felt the mental and physical health benefits of connecting to my body and learning about myself and figuring out that I could reduce my anxiety through my breathing were much more important than a mystic teaching. Namaste 🙏

    I’m so excited about this. I’ve just discovered your channel and I love your movements. I’m a beginner and I find your instructions very easy to follow. I’ve discovered a love for yoga and ti-chi. I feel as though you combine those.

    Love the flow and as always your clear precise instructions help me with better form. Thanks ever so much, Ash!
    I did this one before bed. Would this one be the best video you have made thus far to do before bed, or would you recommend another one?

      Thanks Be I appreciate your feedback and letting me know my instructions help with better form, I do find it hard trying to give cues and information without talking too much but I do tend to talk a lot 😂
      I would maybe recommend one of the post run 20 minute sessions before bed. There is a bedtime one coming up in a few weeks as a number of people have asked about this too 😀
