    thank you for this type of video, I am currently not comfortable with my calf so I stopped running for a few days to let it rest, it’s very nice to move my body a little when I can’t run❤

    Thank you ash. These moves felt really good. It's amazing how much of a strength balance challenge you can do with no weights, just your own body.

      I'm excited to hear that. I was going to challenge myself to do this video every day for 30 days to see what improvements I can make. Now, I will have a whole weeks worth to use and will only have to repeat weekly. Plus, now I have publicly written down my commitment, I will have to follow through. 🤪

    Thanks, Ash🙏🏻. After my run yesterday, I noticed this morning how my muscles are feeling very stiff. So this looked like a perfect practice for me. Unfortunately, this one was (today) a bit too tough for me. I probably have to practice this one more often🤭! Have a great day, Ash, and thanks for so many excerise to choose from!
