Getting around 22-24 km/l but I do about 50 kms on the highway daily. Fuel tested from dull tank to.full tank and roughly corresponds to the onboard mileage meter. Done 6800 kms in 6 months.

I have made all efforts to increase the mileage but all in vain .
Now the current mileage is just 12km/l and it is very low .

U may be using the mild hybrid model ,neodrive with Maruti Suzuki engine. That gives around 12-13 kms in city and 15-16 on highways. This video is about strong hybrid with Toyota engine.

Check the battery level. If it is only 2 bars then you may be driving in the city traffic only.. you can drive a long trip on highway and recheck the Range..

U will get 23-24 on highways. You need to just remove your feet from the accelerator in between so that the battery will get charged and as a result more mileage will be generated.
