Just beautiful!! Are you able to post a picture of the posies on the long table? I am sure it will be beautiful! Never thought of making a formal arrangement low and wide - you are full of inspiration!

I can't post a pic of the posies in place because that would be an invasion of my client's privacy - I could if it were a hotel or restaurant, but this is in a private house and I'm very trade-delivering-to-the-back-door-and-handing-over-to-the-house-keeper there - which is only right, as that's what I am!

Absolutely beautiful Georgie. A quick question, I bought a Griselinia after seeing how you use it so often. It was a quite big one but since I’ve put it in the ground it’s lost most of its leaves and looks a bit pathetic. Do you know if this is normal for the first year or have I bought a bad one? It wasn’t cheap and came from a reputable garden centre. Thanks Deb

it may not like new position - windy? frost? - also was it pot bound when you planted it? maybe dig it up and make sure roots can reach out not go round and round. Also did you give it blood fish and bone? or micorhiza (sp?) or a good mulch when planting? Often plants from even good garden centres have been kept in very gentle environments so being planted out can be a shock. Be nice to it x
