Your floristry work is always remarkable. As a florist farmer myself I still learn so much from every video of yours, Georgie. What a beautiful wedding!
You have 24oC in the shade, in the middle of summer! How pleasant! Today is the end of the first month of winter in Australia, and we've heated up to 28oC at midday. I dare say that's also 24oC in the shade. I just ran out and watered my beds of young ranunculus and poppies to help them survive it. But what a DELIGHTFUL venue. My mouth gaped a few times at the unexpected loveliness. That ceremony with the flowers. I love the sweetness and naturalness of the bride's floral requests.
I just love to listen to the sounds of the English countryside when you are outside on a summer's evening. The pidgeons cooing in the background and all the other birds it transports me back to Somerset. Can't wait to come back. Lovely country wedding and a gorgeous venue.. .so relaxing. The fresh confetti is so pretty and you can't beat a natural rose.
Can’t wait to see how you use the Ammi as I always struggle to put that in an arrangement. Obviously not a flower farmer just a keen gardener who loves your channel.
Jeez who would want a two-dimensional rose anyway?? BAH! I'd love to hear you speak about the jars in the buckets ... how they're placed. Do they sit tightly against one another, or is there some sort of packing you use? Do they clank as you carry them? LOVE all the practical advice you provide; thank you!
Hi Georgie, I live in Australia, I visited Dorset many years ago and I have fond memories. Lovely to see it again and your wedding flowers by video. Very beautiful. 😊
Absolutely enchanting! Once again the perfect arrangements for the perfect wedding venue. This is why am such a fan of your floristry. Inspired to pursue my cut flower business in ernest in the belief that local and organic really matters. Kudos!
Maybe one day! - my trusty old Skoda Yeti is a good car and I still need something that will do long journeys to visit my parents often - I feel as though the research I'll need to do before choosing a new car is something my head doesn't have space for today - plus it's much better if people collect from me, which most of my customers do. x
Enjoy your videos and flowers. As a hobby flower and veg farmer, I wonder, what brand are your flower snips and how do you keep them functioning well? Mine get sticky from resin after short time cutting. Thanks!
such a good idea - these were nearly all shared out with guests and helpers while the clearing up was done so they'll go on to have a few more days being enjoyed - such a waste otherwise x
I love your ethos Georgie. You can't beat a natural scented Rose, can you, even with lovely shedding petals 🥰

The flower and foliage selection is definitely my ‘cup of tea’. Just lovely. Well done!

I did not realize you have no cooler! No post harvest treatments at all? (CVBN tabs, hydrator, holding solution, flower food???)
nothing, no tabs, no hydrator, holding solution or flower food xxx
❤ gorgeous work and such a lovely venue G ❤ why not consider an electric/hybrid vehicle for making deliveries?
