You know how sometimes when you see something very beautiful and exceptional you get a flutter in your chest…creating that bouquet from the October remains of your garden, just exceptional. And you have super-strong arms.
Thank you, I am getting my zest for life back thanks to your vedios and tips . I have looked at your mums potting shed vedio a few times she is an inspiring lady.
Thank you so much, you are so so inspiring as usual! I just needed to tell you that you are really bringing joy and life to your viewers and that's a rare gift on the internet! I m definitively going to make a huge bouquet tomorrow from the lovely last flowers, leaves and maybe even fruits (yes, i learned it from you...) of my october garden...
I love and use the leftover curly branches of my yucca plants for fall and winter potted displays, and of course, my grasses ‘ plumes, sedum, magnolia stems, dried hydrangea flowers ( I spray paint them), red maple branches, still blooming butterfly branches that I trim off in the winter
Thank you for the idea. Here in Northern California I have zinnias, mint, tithonia, sedum, Salvia Indigo spires, various roses, cosmos, gomphrena, yarrow, meyer lemon, buckwheat, a horrible invasive plant that I am trying to develop a relationship with called buddah plant, quince, a grass which cant remember the name of, but it might be called explosion grass or fiberoptic grass, very fun, oregano, and that dandelion will make a showing.
If putting the beautiful bouquets together weren't amazing enough, the cellophane wrapping filled with water is truly an artistic marvel. Thanks for sharing your secrets.
You are so creative… have learned so much from you. Truly appreciate it. Thanks so much. I live in Atlanta so I still have a lot of blooms. I’m going to try and emulate your bouquet…yours is simply gorgeous.
Stunning arrangements- I'm amazed at your dexterity and hand strength too- it all looks so beautiful and autumnal without the dreaded orange, yellow color combos so prevalent at this time of year- Bravo
As usual absolutely beautiful thank you Georgie. Will do your 30 stem challenge from my allotment tomorrow, we haven't had a frost yet in Northamptonshire thank goodness. Janx
Absolutely beautiful bouquet. I’ve been away for a week and I’m amazed at what’s still looking beautiful in the garden so I’m going to try this today. Also, is it crazy to say I love the noise your snips make when cutting the stems. So sharp. 😂😂
Really enjoy ending the week with you. The way you handle the wrapping shows great confidence and skill. I'm starting to view non blossoming plants differently. I would love to find a spot for a crab apple. I wonder if they would be happy here on Cape Cod.
Beautiful Georgie❣️ I still have Iceberg roses (which really are my favourite) in front framing my steps up to the front door. They’ve been there eighteen years and are still going strong…..even though the deer have already had their fill this Fall. Utah, USA
Do you grow chrysanthemums Georgie? I can't recall you doing so, but I'm thinking of it. Some of them are extremely pretty.. That is one gorgeous bouquet!
Love this video, love your #30stemchallenge! Question: I have bought several reels of raffia, but it always breaks when at all damp, while I'm tieing it :(. Am I buying the "wrong" raffia? Any suggestions, thank you
that's very odd - to be fair my raffia hangs from the ceiling and is always dry when I use it but I don't think your raffia should break - can you keep it dry for tying?
Just unbelievably beautiful!
thank you x

Oh the deer!! But glad the iceberg is doing so well - it's a beautiful rose
Can you please share a link to the snips you prefer? Greatly appreciated!

Amazing bouquet xx
Thank you! 😊
Who's the puppy dog sneaking around you?
that's my border terrier Tea Cake x
thanks for asking, I wanted to know also!
Do you grow chrysanthemums Georgie? I can't recall you doing so, but I'm thinking of it. Some of them are extremely pretty.. That is one gorgeous bouquet!
I don't but you should if you love them x

Do the crab apples make fruit on new wood then? (because you can cut so much of a tree)
they fruit where blossom sets in the spring on last year's or older growth x
Beautiful - what are your thoughts on stem length? In the US standard is 18".
uk standard 65 cm but if dealing with florists it's worth discussing so florist gets more and one sells more x
Knock out as ever
thank you x
Less is more! Just too many stems is too many stems. Bouquet obesity.
lol - I know what you mean - but when the client orders ALL the flowers who am I to say no? x #thecustomersalwaysright
