Ballet-teacher Esther Protzman is showing you ballet-barre #8 in times of quarantine. The exercises are composed in such way, that you do not need a lot of space and you can practice @home. The barre is not going to replace your usual balletclasses, but are giving you the opportunity to maintain what you have achieved already. Concentration, motivation and awareness are a big ordeal.
You will hear the piano-music from pianists Edward Ferdinand and Erwin Weerstra (1st warm up only).
